Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar for two — ideal for morning coffee or easy meals. The open-concept living area features shiplap walls, cozy seating, and a smart TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a fun day at the beach or pool. Gather around the dining table for family dinners, board games, or late-night snacks.

Outside, enjoy the shared community pool or take a quick stroll across the street to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. The neighborhood connects directly to the Gulf State Park trail system, perfect for biking, walking, or exploring nature with your furry friend!

Things to know
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Pets are allowed with a fee of $125+taxes per dog, per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, each weighing up to 40 lbs.
