Beautiful new custom built home completed in July 2023 with a short walk to deeded beach access, large community pool and state park trail access. Cross walk to deeded beach access is just steps away. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 full bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom. There is also an office with a twin bed. Relax on the balcony with views of the pond and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.

This house was amazing..super clean, fresh, perfectly decorated and accommodating to everyone. We had a wonderful vacation and created so many precious memories! The owners have thought of every detail needed for a great time at the beach, including bicycles, a beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs and toys for the kids. Did I mention the short 5 minute walk to the beach?! Best family beach vacation EVER!

Nice and convenient

The house is nice and very suitable for a family vacation. It’s also convenient to attractions, the beach and shopping. We also do a lot of bike riding and the neighborhood connects to the state park trails. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely be back.

Great Beach Vacation Getaway

Loved the size of this beach house! The decor was exactly our style, clean lines with coastal colors and minimal beach accent pieces. The upstairs covered porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee and happy hour in the evening. The location is convenient, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach and access to the state park. We will definitely be back!

New & clean home. Could use additional downstairs seating if the thought is a minimum of 6 people with three bedrooms. TVs weren’t in every room. I would recommend renting a golf cart to access the beach. The beach is roughly 0.5 miles so not a short distance hauling beach stuff. 2 miles on the listing is a bit miss leading I would say. Pool is also decent. I really enjoyed the trip overall just wanted to point out things that could improve for the

Our stay could not have been better. SeaColors was beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating. Plenty of room for our party of 6!Plenty of dishes to cook with, washer/dryer was fantastic. Beach chairs/floats so we didn’t have to pack with us. Also a wagon to take beach chairs across the road was a back saver.Using the walkway was a breeze - quickly turned the crosswalk light for access to the beach.Entire family enjoyed the stay. We will be back!The house was gorgeous, access to pool was great (large pool - mostly over 5 feet). The access to state park for biking/walking was a lot of fun. We enjoyed that every day. Bicycles to ride in the community was a plus.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home that is conveniently located to everything. The neighbor hood is very quiet and the walk to the beach takes about 5 min. We had a very good time and will definitely book again.

5 stars all the way!

The home is very nice and in a great central location. The walk to beach and pool is just a few minutes. Property has everything you need in beach equipment but you will need your own beach towels. However that’s all you need! The house has everything else! The owner is great and responds quickly with any questions you may have. We highly recommend this home for your Orange Beach vacation!

Booking our stay with Brandon was simple and user-friendly. He was responsive, communicative, and friendly throughout the process.We did experience a few minor inconveniences. The property had limited extra supplies—only one spare trash bag, about a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no extra paper towels beyond a half roll already on the holder. The kitchen also did not have basic spices such as salt and pepper, despite these being listed in the property description.One of the bathtubs had a large cut-out section (approximately 7 inches by 1.5 feet) that was not patched or covered. Additionally, while not within the owner’s control, there was significant morning noise from construction next door, and nails and debris were left in the street as a result.Overall, Brandon was an excellent host, but a few adjustments to the amenities and property upkeep would make the stay even better.

Ready to go back!

Our trip kicked off with Brandon graciously allowing my family an early check in. The adult kids and the little ones had such a great time. The beach was peaceful, private and close. The home was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great accommodations in a quaint but convenient neighborhood!

This is the first time for us to rent a house in Orange Beach. Normally we are in a condo and usually on the bay not beach side. This house was super convenient to Gulf State Park where we walked, ran or rode bikes. And the deeded beach access was easy and quick. The house is new and very clean. We would stay there again!

Great Location

The house is in a great location between the pool and beach access. You feel like you are in your own space even tough most of the houses are very close together, this one is not. The house is brand new and even smells new. My two suggestions would be an outside hide area to rinse off sand before entering the house. Curtain door covering would also be nice for the upstairs daybed room. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Great Location

We were their first customers to stay at this little gem. Very clean and comfortable. All 3 bedrooms have a private bath. There is a small room with daybed and TV to make a 4th room. Washer and Dryer convenient. Neighborhood of Tannin Village cute and very nice. Private pool for neighborhood at back of developement. Key code needed for entry. We rented a golf cart from Gulf Coast Rental. They are gas carts so no charging! We used it to get to the pool and the beach access. Only a couple blocks to a private beach for Tannin Village. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent from the attendant on the beach under the orange umbrella. Crossing street easy from the neighborhood with the crosswalk light to stop traffic. Golf carts are not allowed on the main road so you can't really go anywhere on them but the neighborhood. Several do use them to cross the intersection to beach access. It helped getting all the beach gear there. The owner does supply a beach wagon also. Within walking distance is a package store and gas station. Short distance to drive to restaurants. Try The Sloop for lunch for great burgers and sandwiches. 20 minutes to OWA Tropical Falls and the Tanger Outlet Mall. The Wharf has alot of shopping and restaurants about 10 min. Look for concert schedule at the Ampitheater. We saw Walker Hayes there. Great little venue. We will definitely stay again.

Best place

Best place I have ever stayed! Can not say one bad thing about staying here. It was perfect for my family. Spacious rooms everyone had there own bathroom and tv. Very clean, very short walking distance to beach and private pool. There is even a close ice cream shop within walking distance that the kids loved! Loved our stay and will definitely stay again

Excellent Family Vacation House

This house was perfect for our family. It was spacious for our family of four and our dogs, and our teenagers appreciated having their own bathrooms. The house was spotless, located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The crosswalk had a pedestrian light, so we always felt safe crossing the road. The access to the state park trails was fantastic; we enjoyed biking and running the trails every day. We will definitely stay at this house again.
