The host was great and very responsive. The house is located next to the airport so it can be loud at times but the kids of watching the planes so it was great for us. We all enjoyed the casita and they had kids toys as well.

The backyard is a true Oasis it was our favorite thing of the trip!! We enjoyed the central location of the home. Chris was very responsive and helpful. A nice property that we would stay at again!!

Our family had an amazing time at this property! Chris was an incredibly responsive host and the backyard was better than we could have hoped. We enjoyed the different areas to relax in, hot tubbing and playing pool. It was a wonderful escape. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This is an awesome property. The backyard is gorgeous, private, spacious and beautiful mountain views. The house is spacious and very clean. Excellent communication with the owner throughout the duration of our stay. Having the pool heated for our December stay allowed us to thoroughly enjoy it our entire stay. The game room is a big plus. Very close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Look forward to renting again in the future.

Location was close to grocery, stores, downtown Palm Springs, Golf. Chris communicated timely and was very helpful. Loved the backyard, pool, green space and arcade. Enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen is well stocked; on the smaller side. Outdoor kitchen and grill was nice. Beds were comfortable. Property wasn't ready when we arrived at check in; they were cleaning for about an hour after our arrival. Note: air traffic noise over the house is loud.

Thank you for staying with us and for the thoughtful review! I’m glad you enjoyed the backyard, pool, green space, arcade games, and pool table, and that the beds were comfortable. We love that guests can relax and spend time together both indoors and outdoors. I also appreciate your patience while our cleaning team finished the final touches at check-in—we always aim to have everything fully ready right at arrival. For future guests, Palm Springs does experience occasional air traffic depending on the day and flight patterns due to the nearby airport, but many visitors enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from downtown, golf, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Palm Springs!

We had the best vacation at this house during spring break! The listing of amenities was accurate and the house was well stocked with towels, kitchenware and other necessities. The backyard is an amazing space to hang all day and night. The covered patio with 3 fans makes it comfortable to sit outside in 99 degree heat. The side yards are large and well maintained, lush with green grass and plenty of room for dogs and kids to run and explore. The game room is very fun, my husband and I had a great time revisiting some of our favorite arcade games from the 90s. We had a few minor questions come up and Chris answered immediately. Yes, the airport is nearby and there is plane noise, but you get used to it quickly and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the house. We really loved our stay here and would definitely visit again!
