Excellent studio in so many ways , nice decor, well equipped ,comfy bed , gorgeous garden with a private deck plus a lovely friendly host and located a short walk into lovely Bangalow town .Philippa even provided us some yummy handmade biscuits, bread,fruit,milk and butter ! It was totally unexpected and we were so appreciative and it felt so welcoming .

We absolutely loved this Apartment. The garden is beautiful and it's an absolute bonus that we can stay with our dog ( he also enjoyed it). Walking distance to nice restaurants and cafes too. Thank you Soo much for having us stay.

Wonderful - immaculately clean, uber comfortable bed, great shower, and the little touches in the kitchen (milk, bread, jams, fruit, delicious home baked Anzac biscuits, coffee, tea and milk) made this a great weekend away.Dog friendly with views, a very short walk to cafes and restaurants and a beautiful little veranda for morning coffee. Thanks Philippa, it’s such a gorgeous little unit.

It was a perfect set up for us and our two dogs - we actually met with Pip on arrival and she showed us the apartment. Lots of nice touches included like bread, milk, spreads, fresh fruit and fresh flowers - it was ideal and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others - Many thanks - Phil, Megan, Ragnar & Sophie

I arrived at dusk to a much needed warm and cosy atmosphere. The place was immaculately clean with everything provided. The small kitchen area contained all the usual needs plus fresh bread, butter, delicious biscuits and fruit. I was in Bangalow for the writers festival which was cancelled after one day of rain and mud but this place was so comfortable I couldn’t complain. Loved the view, garden and large deck. Great stay.

Tranquil Getaway - exceeded our expectations

What a memorable stay! The spacious apartment felt very quiet and secluded, opening out onto its own private verandah, beautifully maintained garden and distant views of the countryside. The verandah was the perfect spot for us to start and finish each day with a relaxing beverage! We were blown away with the special touches within the apartment including fresh fruit, butter, local bread, jams, excellent tea /coffee selections and home-made biscuits. The main town is a comfortable walking distance - and recommend as a lovely opportunity to explore hidden gems in the area. Thank you for making our stay so special Philippa!

Beautiful accommodation with gorgeous gardens

The property was very clean and stylish and Phillipa had left fruit and other goodies. The decorating is very lovely and the huge veranda overlooking the hills is a beautiful place to have breakfast and coffee and a wine in the evening. The gardens are magnificent. My little dog loved the gardens as much as I did. The location is fabulous to explore Byron Bay and the beautiful beaches around the area. Thanks Phillipa.

Beautiful garden, big veranda with bbq, table set and easy chairs, and clothes rack. Lots of space in the apartment and little extras from Phillipa. We didn't get to meet her, but she was available by phone if needed. The walk into the village was easy.

Getaway from stress

The garden including the scenery is stunning - sitting on the verandah and watching the sunset. The bungalow is spacious for 2 people. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The location is another highlight—situated within walking distance from the Main Street, it offered us convenient access to local shops and restaurants while still providing a peaceful retreat. We happened to arrive on a rainy day, but the beauty of the garden lifted our spirits instantly. It was a joy to explore the outdoor space—even in the rain, the serenity of the garden made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for a wonderful three days in such a beautiful area. The apartment is perfect to unwind and so close to the lovely township of Bangalow and also close to many other interesting towns . I took my poodle Poppy with me and it is extremely safe for pets I am looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Philipa. Ellena

Lovely B+B in Bangalow

We had a lovely time at Philippa's B+B. Accommodation was very comfortable with the added bonus of being pet friendly. A fully fenced and secure yard for our dog in a lovely garden setting. Nice touches of fresh fruit, coffee, milk etc left in the kitchenette. Very private and quiet retreat close to the main street.

Bangalow Escape

We were so glad we choose this accomodation. Just a short stroll to Bangalow itself. Just a short drive to Lennox Head, Alstonville, Brunswick Heads where we have friends. Very convenient, loved that we were left bread, butter, fruit from the host to use. Everything you need for a short stay for a couple. Quiet place. We hope to be back one day.

Wonderful stay in Bangalow

We were so glad to have chosen this accomodation … so close to town, accessible to Byron and Mullumbimby with a short drive and all the facilities you could want in a home base. The backyard was dog proof for our babies, private and relatively quiet and the gardens were such a tranquil green oasis. Inside was spotless and the little extra touches like milk, condiments and bread were so appreciated. The host was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed having a chat without feeling any pressure to linger too long. We would gladly stay again.
