The house was fabulous. The beds were firm and there were amenities. Shampoo and TP and cooking spices. We have a large “chosen family” reunion/birthday and rented the two houses next to each other. This house has a private pool that one can pay a little extra to heat. It was warm enough where we welcomed the refreshing water so didn’t heat it. But we did heat the other house pool next door. Chris was a gracious host and accommodated our mature large group with all of its changes and challenges with requests perfectly. He even arranged connection to a local restaurant for us to have a DJ party. His connections to chefs and massage folks really came in handy. We utilized them multiple days in our week stay. Navigating different groups with no real intel can be challenging and Chris shined throughout and was accommodating and a great communicator. Highly recommend this house and the one next door for large groups (and small ones too). Thanks Chris for making our gathering successful!

Everything about it was a wonderful experience. Chris, the host, helped me all along the way. I was originally going to rent the house next door but even though that was more expensive he suggested his other house because he thought it suited our purpose better. I am so thankful to himHe also had beer, wine and sodas stocked for us in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked an suited for a profession chef. The out door kitchen was perfect for our group as well.Giovanni, the caretaker was also wonderful. He met us at the house to give us a tour and show us how everything worked. He contacted us during our stay to see that everything was alright. Every bed in the house was high quality and amazingly comfortable. It was in a gated community that was quite, peaceful and extremely safe. The pool and hot tub and comfortable patio furniture was another major plus. So relaxing and beautiful!!The photos don't do it justice. We could not have been happier with this dream house. Thanks again Chris.

Great family vacation!

Had not been to Cabo before and everything was better than expected. The beaches and water were beautiful and only a short walk from the house. The house was great, and even with 10 people, it more than met all our needs. Victor did a great job helping us with any question that we had. Many thanks!

My wife and I purchased/built our second villa right next door to our first 5 bedroom villa because we often had guests ask us if we had another villa because they had a large group. We live full-time in Foothill Ranch, California (Orange County), and have been going to Cabo regularly for 13 years. We absolutely love the Los Cabos area and encourage everyone to visit and fall in love with Cabo as we have. We look forward to helping you plan your family/couples vacation.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We always wanted to have a vacation home where we could build family memories - one trip to Cabo 13 years ago and we knew this was the place for us. Beautiful weather, beaches, wonderful restaurants, fishing, and golf courses. Cabo is just a diamond in the rough and unlike other Mexico resort locations and everyone that travels here gets the 'Cabo Bug'.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our villa offers indoor/outdoor living and with both villas, the ability to sleep 20 guests. Each villa also has its own private pool/spa, but also the unique ability to be right next door.
