Colline des Bois, French for “wooded hill,” a name that reflects a peaceful, forested, private five-acre retreat at 1,800 feet in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, half a mile from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. It offers complete privacy, views, and the kind of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else. The home is in outstanding condition and maintained to a high standard.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the living area with natural light. The spacious living room features a comfortable large sectional, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a nine-blade ceiling fan. Hardwood and slate floors complement the natural setting, and double doors open directly onto the expansive deck. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi makes the home ideal for both families and remote workers.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full Thanksgiving or Christmas feast. It includes Cuisinart appliances, matched cookware, sharp knives, and generous storage.
