I would have appreciated the opportunity to know about these concerns during your stay so I could address them right away. The thermostat is a top-technology system and does need to be handled properly, so I would have been happy to assist with it immediately. I’m also looking into the water pressure and the ants in the master bathroom to make sure everything is resolved for future guests. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention.
