Twin bed mattresses were poor. Guest services NEVER answered the phone. There were no extra blankets - we went to guest services to get one. Initially at check in we were given 4 keys (we had 4 couples) and 2 of those didn’t work. At that time we were told that is all they had. 2 days later I took the 2 keys that didn’t work to guest services and they gave me 2 more keys that worked. The door lock to the unit is in very poor condition and needs replacing. Unit needs new mattresses for the twin beds, new placemats for the table and a few more coffee mugs. Chetola map needs to be updated as the current one is hard to read and is confusing. Pool, exercise room, hot tub and locker rooms were in good condition.
