We were in for our daughters wedding and were very happy with the property. The house was very clean and well furnished. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. My dog loved the yard and the location was perfect, everything was within range. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Great location! Updated property, really comfortable and cute. A large fenced yard was a plus! Juan is easy to reach and the check in and check out is a smooth process.

Cute house in a nice neighborhood about 15 minutes to downtown with easy access to lots of restaurants. We had everything we needed at the house and the fenced backyard was nice for our little dogs. My one feedback is to include "no pets on the furniture in the rules of the listing." It's something we specifically look for every time we search for a house.

Did not receive home entry instructions until I asked the day of. Sliding back door latch lock did not work. Front door lock worked intermittently. House rules were not listed entirely until we got inside the home. This was listed as pet friendly but the rules once you entered the home were pets were not allowed on furniture or beds. Drinks were not permitted in bedrooms.

Elizabeth, It is typical for a host to send the check in instructions the day off to prevent early check ins. As soon as you mentioned the door latch I offered to fix it and you decline not sure why you are complaining for something you did not want fix. Additionally you are the first person to have issues with the front door. I’m not sure where else do you stay where pets are allowed on furniture.

I had to buy my own toilet paper and trash bags. Then the property manager asked me to take the trash to the curb. The trash cans in the backyard were beyond full, and I wasn’t about to throw my back out doing his job.

I wish you would have contacted me with your issues before leaving a bad review as this affects my business and livelihood. I had plenty of toilet paper and trash bags in a storage room but unfortunately you would not reach out. As far as the outdoor trash bins all you had to say is no if you could not carry your trash outside.

Juan was very responsive. It was a very cold week in NC and there was an issue with the heat warming the house. I spoke with Juan and he addressed the issue to my satisfaction.
