Nice house located just south of the strip, the house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy, we will stay again.

very clean property. good outside space. very large common area which is great for large parties. my only challenge was having all the pillows be large and firm - took its toll on my neck and i felt like i could've slept better if there were more pillow options. otherwise the place was great.

Excellent stay!

It’s was a great stay, we really enjoyed our entire stay there. It was very clean, the location was perfect and the home owners were very helpful. ALSO the house is much bigger in person.

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful time with our group of friends staying in this beautiful home. Check in process was so easy and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups/families that want a place in a quiet area but close enough to the Las Vegas strip. The home had all the amenities needed for our 3 night stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook homemade meals and there more than enough towels and blankets for our group. Excellent property and will definitely rebook in the future!

Couldn’t have been easier. Home was beautiful and super clean and comfortable. Host were very accommodating and we had zero problems. security deposit was refunded quickly 100%. The master closet is absurdly huge ha ha. Thanks for a great trip Ngoc.

Beautiful home in a newly built community!

Thank you for allowing me and my youth basketball team an opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. This house was stocked full with amenities that made our stay feel like home. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet and newly built place to stay that gives you a break from the busy Las Vegas strip, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful new house!!!

We had a great stay here!!! It was big beautiful and lots of space. There were 7 of us here for about 1 week. It had everything we needed. It was well decorated and the beds/pillows were super comfy. We loved this place and would definitely rent again if we ever come to Vegas. Loved that there was a rice cooker because we’re Asian and gotta have our rice. Lol. Loved that they laid out 7 house slippers for the 7 of us. Thanks Ngoc for everything. Definitely recommend this place. It’s a little further south but only takes about 15-20 mins to get to the strip.

Great for large family gathering

This home is beautiful inside and has a nice patio with BBQ in the backyard. Perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen is always a gathering spot for us and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Being the first rental, there were a couple of items missing but the owner was quick to correct it. We would definitely rent this house again!
