Great 4th of July! Very convenient to the Chicken Creek boat ramp yet far enough away to feel like your in the woods. Would definitely book again.

Had a good time

Stay there over memorial weekend and had a really good vacation and accommodations were nice and Dustin pope was very helpful and friendly on anything and everything we needed, would definitely recommend this place.

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay at Chicken Creek Casa! Our cabin was perfect for a group weekend get away. Fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our lake time. Great location too. We will definitely be going back!

Cozy cottage

House was comfortable and slept all of us just fine. Would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place on Tenkiller.

Family friendly!

We had a great time! Super smooth check in house is very well stocked better then any of the other homes we’ve stated in! Easy to communicate with. Tons of parking plenty of room for truck and trailer plus multiple cars! Kids loved the tether ball. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large groups.

It was perfect for our crew close to the lake and even spots to park our boat/trailer were included. The house was stocked well with necessities/kitchenware, etc. all we took was our food. There was plenty of parking at the house and we really enjoyed the outside area to hang out. Perfect for a big group of people.

Very cozy, well-supplied, beautiful area

My family stayed a couple of nights. We enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of sheets and towels for all, all the necessary kitchen gadgets and then some. The only thing that didn't get five stars was the listing accuracy, because I requested handicap accessible, and this property came up for some reason (but no claim was made in the description).

Perfect weekend getaway

It was just like being at home for everyone with a lot more space than we are typically used to. The neighborhood was perfect for the children to explore, and have the chance to make wonderful childhood memories. We felt safe, secure, and very well equipped to be able to relax and enjoy time, loving each other. We can’t wait to visit again when the weather will allow us to get in the water and play on the lake. Five stars all around.

Beds were comfortable. Toilets stopped up. Not boat friendly excess. Roads into property was a lane and quarter. Owner needs to tell that you need 5 wheel drive in the discretion of property

Allen, I would like to address your review. It is listed in the property description that “4 wheel drive is recommended” if trailering a boat and I bring attention to highly recommended 4WD again in the welcome message you receive ever before arriving, explaining that it is a sloped gravel road. The actual driveway is huge allowing you to park multiple boats and the road is wider than you state. Also, I provide 2 boat parking spot for parking a 1/4 mile down the road and it is very easy to access and is flat. In regards to the plumbing, you all stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and never once brought attention to the toilet and shower drains being stopped up. The clog must have occurred on the final day and flushing non septic safe items can lead to clogs. This is an unforseen event and I would not want guests to be inconvenienced. I wish you would have notified me immediately. I found out around 1 on the day of the next guests arrival by my cleaning lady, resulting in a plumber going out there on a Friday evening. To intentionally not notify me is extremely inconsiderate. I would have appreciated it if you would have brought attention to the fact I allowed you to check in 4 hours early, add an extra night at a discounted rate, responded immediately to helping you operate the digital keypad, and followed up with you after you checked out in a text message. There was no mention of the plumbing issue.

The place was really quite nice, handicapped accessible it was not, the showers really need grab bars for the people that are unable to get in and out of them without some sort of device to hold onto. Overall it was a nice unit, but CERTAINLY NOT for anyone that’s handicapped in any way.

Cozy and comfortable

I rented this property for the outdoor amenities, however it rained most of our stay, we loved the fire pit, nature, porch swing, peacefulness, even though we didn’t get to use them much, however, the inside offered just as much peacefulness, the add on room was fantastic. It has a wood burning stove, couches. A bed. I chose that room! lol. Everything we needed, they provided, towels, dishes, pots and pans. Everything, all we needed was ourselves and food, coffee of course but there were coffee filters. We absolutely loved the coziness and warmth of this place. And I would absolutely rent this place again. It has a real homey feel to it. Loved it.

The main part of the house was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The hybrid room was filthy with the window sills having stacks of dead bugs in them. We were there during a rainy weekend and wanted to open the windows but they were all covered in bugs and debris. The roof in that room leaked in two places so one person had to bunk up with someone else. We were informed the afternoon that we were supposed to be there that the dishwasher was not working. Once we got there the dryer stopped working which we notified the host of.

Family lake and float trip

We had a blast with the whole family. There was everything to do while we was at the house didn’t really need to leave. The swimming hole was 4 mins down the road. Had the whole beach to ourselves was awesome!!! Saturday we went floating and that was only 25 mins from where we stayed couldn’t ask for a better place. I know I would love to come back again next year

Scuba Lesson Weekend

This was a great home for our group of six to use while getting Scuba certified at the Lake Tenkiller Scuba Park. Everyone had their own bed, lots of seating in the living room, grilled burgers on the propane grill. Both bathrooms were great, plenty of hot water and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks so much!
