Enjoyed our time at the property. We visit Vegas annually and was pleased with getting a home that was in an area that we were familiar with. The home was as described/pictured. You can tell the effort made to make the stay enjoyable by just seeing the small touches (toiletries, laundry supplies, stocked kitchen supplies and utensils, coffee/tea/water, etc.). The communication with the owner was efficient. We even appreciated the recommendation for the Italian restaurant that I have seen many times but never frequented until this trip. We definitely recommend this property.

It was a great place. Lots of space to hang out. We didn't get to cook, but kitchen is full equipped. Laundry was great. Love the location.

Beautiful home very well kept.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, very close to Chinatown and to the casinos. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very beautiful and offers a large living space, nice for a big family to come and enjoy Las Vegas. Kitchen was fully stacked .The host had bottles of water and a coffee station, everything you would need to enjoy your stay. My only disappointment was that the TV downstairs was not functioning.

My family of 5 stayed for one week. The home was clean and spacious, provided more than enough space for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet, only about 15 minutes away from the Strip. Jia responded quickly to any questions. We would stay there again.

Cozy, clean, and in the perfect location.

This place was perfect! It was clean and the host made everything super clear. I would stay here again. Also there were so many restaurants nearby.

Spacious Property - Great Location

The property is invitingly spacious, very clean, with a great location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything Vegas. Our host was very good about communicating all the necessary details to make our stay enjoyable.

Nice trip

Property is as advertised for the price. Clean, internet and tv didn’t work very well but everything else was good. Host was very responsive. Would stay there again for the next golf trip.

Good residence for family gathering

The owner has generally thought of most needs for those traveling away from home. We had a 1 year old and a 2 year old - there are two rooms for them to be corralled and able to play in that are basically empty. A large rocky and maybe "unfinished" back yard that is brick fenced. The master (with King) was big enough for the parents and babies to easily sleep in without crowding. Other three bedrooms have queen beds and medium amount of room in them. Stairs for the babies were blocked off with wooden gates that we purchased. There is a pool table on the bottom level, and a washer and dryer. Three bathrooms, although two have "wing" glass shower curtains that were not good at keeping water off the floor when showering. Couch in living room that comfortably seated us all to watch tv. Good sized dining room table with chairs and bench seating. We would have liked instructions on how to regulate heat. Had both Keurig with pods and a Mr. Coffee drip machine (requires ground coffee). We would stay here again if the need arose and was available.

There were stairs to get to every level. Floors were not clean. Beds OK, but pillows were hard. TV system, required apps to view. Close to some good restaurants and airport. Not sure I would book again.

Enjoy your Vegas home which provides a spacious living room, family room with large pool table for entertainment, high-ceiling dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen along with complementary water, tea, and coffee all by yourself!

The guest bedrooms are furnished by queen size beds, and in-room smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a yoga sunroom. The yoga sunroom is one of our favorite places of the house. It is surrounded by large windows and natural sunlight. It is the perfect space for your morning stretch, meditation and relaxation.

To start off your morning with a quick stretch and meditation in the sun room that surrounds with sunlight and fresh air. In the afternoon, enjoy your relaxed sunbath, read your favorite book in the lovely front yard. Don't forget to always make yourself a cup of freshly brewed coffee/ tea, we provide all kinds of drinks for your pleasure.
