Quiet Country Cape ON 3/4 of a ACRE With Pool

Contemporary Cape Cod, in East Quogue, convient to town, Hampton beaches, and public transportation. In ground pool, with patio, gas BBQ fire pit and outdoor shower. Please note that there is an additional pet fee of $50. per stay. The House is available MONTHLY to RENT while the OWNER is in FLORIDA during DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY. MARCH. and APRIL.
The space
2 separate bedrooms with queen beds with private shared bathroom. Full use of kitchen, dinning and living areas.
Guest access
The kitchen, Dinning area and Living area, are all shared by all. Jim (A young 70 year, straight, clean cut non smoker ) the owner lives on the second floor in his own private area with his own private bathroom. The owner is in Florida Jan. thru April and will be back May 3.
During your stay
The Host Jim will be in Florida Jan thru April and when he comes home May 3 he will available and would be happy to provide reasonable pick ups and drop offs to local restaurants and beaches. Host has a clean CDL lience and is willing to drive quests vehicle to resturants, bars and wineries for a fee
Other things to note
The house is centrally located for easy access to Southampton Village, Westhampton Village, and the North Fork with all the wineries.
