Good stay

House was pretty much as described and in a great location! Only complaints would be the back door needs blinds and the garage had a thick cigarette smoke smell that wasn’t the biggest deal and pretty easy to air out. I would absolutely book this home again.

What they don’t tell you about this property

Upon arriving property looked really nice inside and out. As our children took their shoes as we do in our home walked around their socks were brown from the dirt on the wood floors. When washing clothes washer leaked, I called property manager he came over mentioned washer needed to be changed and they knew, but offered to take out clothes for 2 hrs wash them and bring them back. Dryer takes over 2 hrs to dry, no fitted sheets on beds. Internet did not work at all our entire stay. Trash was full so we were unable to put our trash in the ben outside but had to drag it to the road on Tuesday. And upon leaving in check out instructions they have load any dishes in dishwasher and start but do not leave before cycle is done just in case flooding. Well because we went out and brought our own paper plates, spoons and other utensils we never used the dishwasher until the last day we’ll just as soon as we turned on dishwasher it began pouring water at a rapid rate. I stopped washer after getting a video so that they would not try to charge us for it, and immediately called property manager who doesn’t understand English very well so couldn’t give us instructions on what we should do. I’m highly upset because for the price that we paid to stay at this home we should have had internet, fitted sheets, a working washer and dryer and a house that was actually clean and not just look it. Window down stairs didn’t have a curtain making it easy for someone to just look in also. The reason our family choose this property was because of those things. That’s honestly what I feel we paid for and we received none of it. I would not rent or refer this property to any of my friends or family and I feel for the price we paid we could have at least had fitted sheets on the bed.

The name of the "Lane" ,speaks for itself, actually worth the time and money,would recommend .

Definitely pleased with the residential area. Saw a few things that could make it look better( smugges on walls,upstairway more, no one emptied the garbage,mold at backdoor with no curtain, orange couch wasn't secure to sit on,I took out time to clean some areas and removed towels they provided. I understand the property was always rented, the cleaning service needs to do more than just vacuum and mop,the area and money was definitely worth it, but, I wasn't allowing anything to disappoint my choices of the premises in the overall.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Overall the property was a 5 star experience, but we rate the stay as a 4 due to failure by the "cleaning staff" to pay attention to some pretty simple details. The trash bin was full upon our arrival which created an issue due to the holiday, the cookware could have been better maintained, the dishwasher had clean dishes left in it, and we didn't have much confidence in the sheets in the master suite. Oh, some of us had trouble connecting to WiFi. With that being said, once we settled we had a great stay in an quiet, friendly, and active community. The beach, outlets, and other attractions are less than 15 minutes away. There's a coffee shop in walking distance as well. Property Manager was absolutely responsive throughout the trip too. Great trip, cozy and functional property, and we would book again in the very near future.

The home, area is nice.

Our stay was a mix of some good and some bad. The home is very nice. They company that helps manage the property are very nice. Our stay was the week after Florence came through. So it’s possible that they couldn’t get the cleaning in time before we came. When we arrived the home hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. From the floors to the showers to the counters. The beds weren’t made, we had no towels or wash cloths. We actually went and bought our on towels, etc. With all that being said, I give them the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn’t hold it against them this time. And they were more than willing to get the necessary items to us the day after we arrived. Would be willing to try the process again under normal circumstances.

Need more comfortable seating in den. Need mirrors in bedrooms. Need blinds at the back door. Comfortable chairs in the bedrooms would have been nice.

Looked good from the pictures.

Very nice property upon arrival. Once inside the home we found garbage had not been fully emptied from the bathrooms. Of the three bathrooms only one had a half roll of paper, the other two none. Bed sheets had the appearance of being slept in. Spoke with their cleaning service contact and received a 4 pack of paper and assurance the sheets were clean. My first night I was awakened by a bed bug biting my torso. Slept on the couch after that. One of my children had a bite so they slept on top the bed covers. Even though it boasts a 2 car garage our Expedition could not fit into the garage. The concrete approach to the garage is so short off the road I parked sideways (parallel) to the road as did most other residents in the cul de sac. The vehicle still partially on the roadway. Shame that a nice new property could be so poorly maintained. It is very conveniently located to the beach, grocery and other sites, a ten to fifteen minute drive. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

Great Place, Close To Everything

This house was great! It had everything that you need! Parking is limited but it worked out great for us. This home is close to EVERYTHING!!!! I mean the beach short drive, Broadway at the Beach, North Myrtle it’s the prefect location! The company was great to work with and check in was a breeze! 😊
