Wonderful family vacation. Easy and instant code key access. Our stay was very nice. I had my 4 grandchildren and two daughters and their husbands. It was clean and had most everything. We did many meals there. Very close to grocery stores. You do need to bring dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and extra toilet paper. The open kitchen, dining and living area gave us plenty of space. The balcony and view were the best parts. Beds sheets and pillows were comfortable. Bring your own beach towels. Easy access to the beach and pool. We had an issue with water leaking from the air conditioner. Maintenance was there within a couple hours to fix it. There are only two parking passes for this unit so if you have more than 2 cars you will need to make other arrangements. Overall a great stay!

Excellent Experience

We had a wonderful stay here while in Myrtle Beach. The property was clean and in an excellent location. The property owner was in constant communication and met all of our needs. We will definitely be back again!

Very Good Accommendations and Loccation to Attractions.

The condo unit worked out great for our family of 6. Enjoyed being on the 15th floor. Nice sights! All the things necessary for a good week's stay were provided - so much so that we prepared a full Thanksgiving meal to enjoy while watching football games yhrouhout the day. Highly recommend. P.Davis

Wonderful vacation!

We were so pleased with location and amenities. Onsite bar and grill and the lazyriver/ pool was so much fun. Host was easy to communicate with and was fast to respond. For sure recommend!

Exactly What Our Family Needed

The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen came with every cooking utensil needed as well as extras. There were the things needed to clean during the stay. The balcony’s view was amazing at night. The parking garage is a bit intense but most parking garages are the same in Myrtle beach. Our Saturday was comfortable and safe. Please be aware that there is 1 roll of tissue supplies so if your family is staying for multiple days buy some.

Great Condo for the Whole Family

We stayed here with our adult children. Everybody had plenty of room and the common areas were great for playing games in the evening. We had a great time!

Christmas break to visit family

The property was perfect for our needs. Each of us had plenty of room to spread out, hide away, and enjoy quiet time on the one day that we spent much of our time hanging around the property. The view and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean were relaxing and a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives back home. The property's owner communicated quickly and included all pertinent information. Next time our travels take us to Myrtle Beach, I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great Unit

We picked this unit for our golf trip. The unit was very clean, well appointed and a great layout for 4 golfers. Centrally located to many great courses and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book it again.

Vacation from hell

I actually really struggled with if I wanted to review this property or not after my stay. But alas here we are because the photos didn’t prepare me for this trip properly. I can only hope that my painfully honest review motivates changes in the unit and helps someone book with their eyes wide open. There was a serious communication problem between the host and the cleaning crew. When we arrived (3 hours after our allowed check in) the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. It was in very poor condition when we arrived. The host did arrange for the cleaners to come that night and address it but I would be dishonest to say this didn’t greatly impact the tone of the whole trip and cause additional cost to be incurred. The host did refund us a decent portion to compensate us for the night lost in cleaning ect. For this I was very thankful. The overall location is excellent. And the host was kind. The rental itself does need some attention. The furniture is dated and saggy and stained (I understand that rentals are harder to upkeep but it’s no fun to question the cleanliness of everything you sit on) There are some questionable painting projects that seem unfinished. The rental agreement did tell us to bring our own sheets and towels but that’s no longer required. But I would advise if you’re staying in a large group bringing extra essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Those were not provided.

Enjoyed our stay

Roomy and clean. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Was close to elevators and got to watch fireworks from the balcony. Wish we would have had access to the water park but booked knowing we didn’t and there is plenty of other things to keep a 4 year old busy. Would definitely book here again. No complaints.
