Windy Hill Dunes is a spectacular resort in the heart of Windy Hill Beach. Enjoy amazing ocean front views from this 15th floor balcony! With plenty of space for the entire family, our condo offers direct beach access, flat screen TVs (upgraded cable service), free Wi-Fi, full size appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy sitting oceanfront on your private balcony with access from the living room and main bedroom. There's lots of seating in the family room for everyone in front of the 46" flat screen for family time or gather at the dinner table for a great meal.



The main bedroom includes a king bed with wonderful oceanfront views and walk-out balcony access to enjoy your morning coffee, listening to the waves. The main bathroom offers double his and hers vanity sinks, with a separate glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with private ensuite, full bathroom. The third bedroom offers double queens with a hall bathroom (tub & shower combo) just 2 steps away. Your reservation at this property includes all bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival, a "starter kit" of essentials and your departure cleaning.



WHD outdoor grilling area offers 4 large Green Egg smoker/grills – plan a beachside meal grilling your favorite fresh local seafood! The owner also offers use of their stock of beach chairs and beach umbrellas, as well as pool/sand toys for fun! There are oceanfront pool, lazy river and large hot tub for relaxing fun. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. There is an on-site gym, but feel free to take the week off. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck to catch some rays. Or just step over the dunes and your feet are in the sand.



Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, & even enjoy the views from a number of restaurants.



Just a short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach for more excitement. Myrtle Beach has the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the renovated oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Nearby, Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides & attractions or a great meal & then the exciting night life & entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants.

Nice location and nice views from the large balcony. The condo was clean and lots of large TV's and seating for our family. We were missing a remote for the main tv but the host had someone come to replace on day 2. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient to all things Myrtle Beach.

Amazing condo. Can't get any closer to the beach. There is a grocery store near by and the kitchen has most things your need to prepare meals. Comfortable beds. I want definitely stay here again.

The location in the heart of Windy Hill, near BareFoot Landing, makes it very easy to do many things locally in a quick 5 minute radius, but just a you did, you can choose to keep things as simple and relaxing as you would like with all of the great amenities the complex offers. Wonderful Property

This condo was just what our family needed. We had 8 adults and one infant during our stay. We wanted to relax and the view of the ocean and the convenience of the unit right on the beach was great. The unit was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach.

Wonderful view from a spacious balcony. We were surprised to find lots of extras on hand including lots of beach chairs. We have stayed in this area many times and find it close to everything...dining ,shopping, entertainment, and of course the wide beach of the Grand Strand.

The property was well maintained and everyone was very pleasant. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Pools were kept clean and beach was immaculate. Would stay again in same location and recommend it to friends. Parking garage kept cars safe and out of the sun.

Beautiful peaceful holiday on the oceanfront. Gorgeous views. Condo is stocked with any utensil or cooking item you would need. Very clear instructions on check in and out. Lovely to speak with an actual person, too (Thank you Rose!).

Thank you for your review. North Myrtle Beach is more residential than the City of Myrtle Beach, so a car is definitely necessary for enjoying all this small town has to offer. There are a few businesses in the Windy Hill section of the beach (a small corner store and a hamburger joint) and most visitors find the peace and slower pace of North Myrtle Beach to be just what they are looking for in a quiet vacation spot. There are other sections of town that may give you additional walk to options - next time try the Crescent Beach section. And we'll be happy to help you plan another visit! Great vacation, great place!

Windy Hill was a fabulous rental. The check in process was very quick and easy. The rental itself was spotless and had lots of extras. Management was very quick to respond to a problem we had with our front door key. The view from our balcony was magnificent.... we’ll be back!

Thank you for the excellent review. We at ODVR are happy when our guests are happy. The owner will be delighted that you found everything to be genuine and the extra beach items were a plus. The complex, Windy Hill Dunes, does offer great family amenities and the ocean front location in Windy Hill cannot be beat. There are endless shopping, dining, fun activities in the BareFoot Landing area or simply relax on some of the prettiest white beaches of the Grand Strand. Thank you again for sharing your opinion. Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is located in the perfect spot for a vacation to the Myrtle Beach area. Just a steps from the beach and a short drive to Barefoot Landing with many restaurants and shops. The condo itself is cozy and clean and you can’t beat waking up to the sound of the waves. The patio is also a highlight for morning reading and evening meals.
