This South Shore Villas condo has undergone fresh new updates: paint, furniture and bedding. Don't miss out on this beautiful oceanfront condo in Crescent Beach. There are two bedrooms with en-suites; great for multi-family stays. The 10th floor balcony offers spectacular views of the Atlantic coastline, and if you're lucky, the dolphins at play.

Fully remodeled with new furnishings and new 55' TV for family entertainment. Furnished balcony with a high-top table (seats 3) and 2 sun-loungers with ottomans; relax or dine al-fresco. Owner provides a children's "Pack-N-Play" and "Space Saver High Chair". A well-stocked beach gear closet includes beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach umbrella, even beach towels for use during your stay.

Beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Well-appointed kitchen that includes full size appliances, along with all the small appliance extras -- blender, crock pot, food chopper, electric mixer, electric can opener, and a hot air popper. Of course, full size washer and dryer for your convenience, too

Main bedroom has King bed w/ en-suite bathroom including separate glass shower stall, double sink vanity and jetted tub, perfect for evening relaxation. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and private bath/shower. The third bedroom has a King bed with hall bath/shower combo Plenty of room for 2 families! Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and a starter kit of paper products.

South Shore Villas amenities include a pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor pool, gym and a direct walkway to the ocean. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area to relax and outdoor showers. Beach access is a direct walkway over the dunes, just steps to the sand.

South Shore Villas, is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. NMB offers something for everyone! There are ice cream stores, arcades, beach stores, fine dining, and casual restaurants, sports bars, too. Great live music, musical theatre productions and dance clubs are plentiful. There's championship 18-hole Golf and mini-golf. Recreation at the NMB Sports Complex offers ball fields/playground, walking, biking, zip line tree top adventures! Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the 26 acres of open waters.

Perfect location in NMB with a beach that wasn’t too crowded. They provide a closet that has some beach supplies (the umbrella was broken, but it had boogie boards, etc.). They also provide beach towels if needed. They provided plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was VERY stocked if you desire to cook in. The management company was easy to work with when we had a few issues (nothing major, mainly a leaky sink and wanted to report the broken umbrella). Would highly recommend booking your next beach vaca here :)

It has everything you would need for the beach (beach chairs,towels,umbrellas,etc.) I've stayed in many units over the years but none stocked as well as this one. The cleaning products exceeds expectations and I found myself ordering many of the products for my home in PA.There were numerous renovations going on with the entire complex which did create some inconvenient setbacks. I guess that's to be expected when you vacation in the winter months.As usual,the Staff at ODVR could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay

Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

The office is about 3 minutes from the actual Unit. Once we got to the the place, it was clean and was even better looking than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you needed since we were planning on cooking to save money. There was an issue with the hallway bath and the water not draining fast enough and they had a guy out within the hour. He was friendly and fixed the issue right away. The storage unit had lots of beach stuff for us to use which was great. The view of the ocean was amazing as well. We liked the area as it was less crowded than most of the Crescent beach area. If you are on the fence about renting this unit, I would say pull the trigger. Next time we plan on going to Myrtle Beach we will definitely look at renting this unit again. Heaven on Earth

We had a slight problem with the ice maker when we first arrived but that problem was solved in no time and the gentleman who did fix it was friendly and a true gentleman. There were about 15 beach towels provided and the storage locker had plenty of things needed for our days on the beach. Toys, boogy boards, sand chairs, umbrella everything was provided by the owner. The rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again. I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves every night. This place was heaven to me.

Decent Place to Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on the beach is nice but the unit and property overall seem a bit dated. Room was a little dirty upon arrival and we had a couple of issues with the shower in the hall leaking and not draining so that we couldn't use it. I sent an email about it because the paperwork indicates that if you call after hours and it is not an emergency then they charge you. I told someone the next day when they called to confirm out checkout the person i spoke to was a little rude saying that i should also call but i am on vacation and busy so think the email should have sufficed. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. The whole binder thing and all of the long list of checkout instructions seemed unnecessary considering the large cleaning fee you are paying. Did the job for our trip but would not choose this property again.

South Shore Villas has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. We are avid golfers, so having many courses to choose from is ideal. The oceanfront access means waking up to enjoy the sunrise and heading out for a long walk.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. It's easy access from the airport, or driving, makes for a great family gathering experience when we're all coming from different directions.
