Walk to restaurants and cafés in historic Dilworth, or enjoy nearby Freedom Park and local attractions. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and the same premium amenities, with décor varying throughout. Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor patio with sweeping views of Historic Dilworth.



The Space:

Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd YMCA, is just five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, free weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is available for $50. 🏋️‍♀️



This residence is part of The Home Collection — Charlotte’s Boutique Furnished Residences, offering more than 30 professionally managed homes, all within two miles of Uptown Charlotte.



This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet residential street in historic Dilworth, just 1.5 miles from Uptown. Ideal for short- or long-term stays, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a screened porch for dining and relaxing. The apartment is well stocked with quality linens, complimentary snacks and beverages, and thoughtful extras to make your stay more comfortable.



Please note: You are reserving one private condo within a four-unit building. All residences share the same layout and amenities, though décor may vary slightly from unit to unit.



Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s most walkable and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, known for its stately early-1900s homes, craftsman bungalows, and vibrant commercial areas filled with locally owned restaurants and shops.



Located just 1.5 miles from the central business district, guests can walk to three parks, two full-service grocery stores, and more than 40 restaurants offering cuisines ranging from Thai and Indian to Italian, Peruvian, vegan, and New American. Wide sidewalks shaded by towering willow oak trees make exploring on foot easy and enjoyable.



Within just a few blocks are numerous dining options, a coffee shop, yoga studio, neighborhood pubs (including one with live music most nights), a popular breakfast spot, a full-service grocery store, and a nearby park with tennis courts.



Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just half a block away providing service to Uptown, the Convention Center, sports venues, and SouthPark shopping every 15–20 minutes. The Lynx Blue Line light rail is a 15-minute walk away, offering a quick 10-minute ride into Uptown. Carolinas Medical Center and Levine Children’s Hospital are just four minutes away by car or an easy 15–20 minute walk.



Annual neighborhood events include the Greek Festival, Festival in the Park, and the Dilworth Criterium bicycle race.



With so much within walking distance and excellent public transportation access, a car is not required. Many guests choose to take a taxi from the airport and enjoy exploring the neighborhood entirely on foot.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Free onsite parking available.



HVAC

This unit may be heated and cooled by window units instead of central air.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
