Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! Great location in a quiet and charming south end neighborhood with off-street parking and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Good Location for South End

Convenient location for a weekend exploring the south end of town. Plenty of space for two couples. Could use another coffee cup or two in the kitchen and the beds weren’t the best; but still would stay again. Keyless entry was nice and also has off street parking.

Beautiful house and excellent location

This house is located in a very upscale neighborhood that is close to downtown and easy access to restaurants, stores, etc. the house was clean and very nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Phenomenal; Close to Everything

Awesome rental property

Extremely clean, comfortable duplex in an excellent neighborhood. We were in Charlotte for our daughter’s wedding and this property was very well located, well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Great Dilworth spot

We loved our stay conveniently in the heart of Dilworth. Close to shopping, lots of dining options and a short drive to any part of Charlotte. We will be back!

Friends trip to Charlotte

The property is in a convenient and beautiful part of Charlotte. Plenty of restaurants, grocery and coffee shops within walking distance. The beds were not all that comfortable but that is a personal preference. In other rentals we have stayed, there has been coffee pods or waters as a welcome. I think this would be a nice touch. Overall - great stay!

Place was wonderful and definitely would stay again… just a few ideas to accelerate the rating.. additional glasses… drinking and wine…coffee pods would have been a welcome addition. Loaded dishwasher as requested yet could not find how to turn on as it appeared to be not connected to electricity… in all fairness, it could be on me. Definitely quiet area which was fabulous.

Clean and updated, but lacks amenities

The house was clean and updated, but lacked amenities. For example, the bedding and bath products were very low budget. We were asked to take out the trash bins for trash day (full of previous guests trash and none of our own). This should have been handled by the owner or a property manager. At checkout, we were asked to strip beds and start the laundry, which should have been included in the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, the home was satisfactory, but not up to standards of other 4-5 star properties we’ve stayed in.

No one asked you to take trash bins out to the street. It’s normal protocol to take out your own trash that’s inside when you check out.
