Designed for a relaxing Gulf-front getaway, this condo features a spacious private balcony with breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or unforgettable sunset evenings. Seagate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear Gulf waters, with a building elevator that makes bringing beach gear up and down effortless. The lush grounds also offer a heated pool with restrooms, tiki-bar picnic style seating with shade and BBQ grills. Conveniently a short walk to Salt Rock, a popular local restaurant known for their fresh seafood and coastal cocktails.

This spacious condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony access, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. A hallway bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination provides additional space for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the cooking essentials you’ll need, along with a dining table for six and bonus breakfast bar seating. The oceanfront living room showcases beautiful Gulf views and offers plush seating, a large TV, and a queen pullout sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, enjoy memory foam mattresses and smart TV's throughout.

I loved this property! It was clean and they offered many items for us that other properties have not offered. They supplied enough toilet paper, other places left 1 roll! Beach chairs, and towels! There were games and puzzles! Also dishwasher, hand soap, dishwashing soap and laundry soap! I would book again!

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean and spacious, nicely decorated and located directly on the ocean with a heated swimming pool on the property. The owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Overall the stay was good! Trip was fantastic and location cannot be beat. The heated pool was an absolute hit with the kids. Being on first floor was so nice getting to and from everything, especially with kids! The room had some great beach stuff and so many beach towels. I wouldn’t say the place is fully stocked like other places though (no pizza wheel, and was only given 2 garbage bags for example). Probably enough for a week just maybe take inventory before your grocery trip. The room was spacious, and the balcony is top notch!! Kitchen was nice and large but the ice maker was completely clogged and wouldn’t make ice, until we melted it all. Plus the ice tray is broken so be careful when touching to manually grab ice. Noise wasn’t really an issue even in the two bedrooms that face the street. You can hear the upstairs unit a little bit but not a disturbing amount. Being across from elevator didn’t create any noise issues either. The bedroom balcony door would not lock. This needs to be fixed asap!Room was dingy and very dirty - walls, cabinets and baseboards all splattered with old grease and grime. Bed sideboards (between mattresses and bed frame) were dusty and bed linens were dirty. I was very surprised after reading reviews. Overall a good choice but needs a deep clean and a lock fixed!

Gulf Views & Fantastic Condo!

Super Clean, right on the beach, plenty of space, and great amenities. We loved eating breakfast out on the balcony while watching the calm waters of the morning. Truly a hidden gem!

Enjoyed property - nice beach, pool area. Parking for 2 cars was great - location was nice and close to many things either walking distance or short car ride. Communication with owner was quick and efficient!

Great Fall Vacation!

Place was just as described. Everything was great. Plenty of room, clean and great beach. Have plenty of beach stuff (chairs, towels, toys, etc.). Would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay!

The location was perfect for our family vacation. The unit had more than enough supplies, linens, dishes, toys, and games for a fun week at the beach. It was clean, accessible, and secure. Our little ones enjoyed the beach toys and the grown ups enjoyed the beautiful beach view from the balcony every day. The property as a whole was very clean and accessible too. We can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay! Place was clean, cool, comfortable, right on the beach! Loved beach access and on site pool, Good kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals and nice grills just downstairs, kept very clean. Outdoor covered pavilion area with picnic tables. Johns Pass is a very short drive for bars, restaurants, shopping, tons of excursions. Great communication with host. Quick responses to messages. Would stay again.

Cleanest condo I have ever stayed in

My husband and I along with my daughter and son in law and three children stayed for five days in April. I can honestly say this was the most up to date and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. So much was provided. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a pack and play and high chair for the baby. Just an awesome condo in a great location.

Vacation Paradise

Fantastic condo! Very Clean. Spacious. Location was fantastic-Sunset is right in front of you and there are plenty of spots for the family to walk too. Kitchen was fabulous and very well done. The 1st floor level is great for not having to wait for the elevator. The host was easily accesible and handled any questions promptly. We will be staying again and highly recommend it!

Great experience!

Our experience during our stay was nothing but perfect! The host communicated well and responded quickly with any and all questions we had. The place was perfect! Very clean and it had everything you could possibly need. Location was fantastic! Lots to do around the area without having to drive far. Last but not least - the view! It was breath taking. Waking up and having the view within steps of your bed was awesome. I can’t say enough about our experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great time!!

Family Vacation

We had 3 generations of our family stay - kids, parents and grandparents. It was wonderful! The kids loved the heated pool, and the adults loved swimming in the ocean which was our backyard! The trolley system was super convenient for getting places. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Just a short trolley ride or walk away from local restaurants and coffee shops. We’ve stayed in Indian Shores/Indian Rocks beach twice now and loved it. The sand is soft and white, the ocean was perfect. Plenty of things for the kids to do. They had life jackets, sand castle building supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. the property was clean and the beds and space was cozy. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the ocean. It was a great time.
