The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around the corner. Overall a good experience

Beautiful, warm, cosy

Loveliest stay and such a homely feel in such a beautiful location! Amazing view of the city and all you could need in a home away from home. Very grateful for such a kind, accommodating host and stay. Also one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and best sleep of my life! Neighbours in the elevator was super friendly too - bonus!

Nice place but poorly kept

Nice sunny cozy apartment in the CBD very central to everything, however the place was quite dirty which was hard to ignore. I brought it up with management, but was disappointed that they neither acknowledged responsibility or apologised. I hope the next tenants experience more positive communication.

Hi Christian, thanks for the feedback, and we appreciate the detail you put in. We actually attempted to reply to your message but it looks like the Homeaway system did not pickup the response. Anyway, we looked at your concerns and saw some that were valid and perhaps some others less so. To say that the place was quite dirty is perhaps exaggeration. It would be unfair to the cleaner who did his job to say that they left the place dirty for you. We are not a hotel, however, we do strive to get the best experience for our guests. If there is something we can do to improve the situation we are more than happy to oblige. Please note that the rating system is setup such that 5 is an average rating and anything below that is below average. We appreciate your visit and feedback and would be keen to have the opportunity to revise your impression.

Great location. Great facilities. You will be close to most things you will ever need. The building is very new and has 25m heated indoor lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and many other facilities. The apartment has free WiFi and complete kitchen.

Transportation to the place is very easy with nearby train, tram and bus stops. And we can show you around town if you like. The place is really close to Queen Vic Market, Melbourne Central, Emporium, Flagstaff Gardens. QV Mall among others.
