The Malecón is only a 5-minute drive away — perfect for an evening walk by the sea or enjoying local restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and shops are just 5 minutes away, and several medical centers and pharmacies are located nearby, offering peace of mind for all travelers. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to relax.
