This was everything it outlined and more! It was so stunning and clean! The owner was helpful, attentive and very clear! I believe that we could have brought less things with us, it truly felt like a home away from home. We were minutes from the boardwalk, the beach and any food we could have wanted! We ate in and made food too it was awesome! I will definitely be going back here again!!

I just would like to say I rarely ever write a review but I felt the need here:My family and I can’t wait to go back and next time will just be bringing clothes! Check in- couldn’t be easier. Joy has any and everything you can think of at the condo! All of your beach/pool needs/wants, stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, laundry room, bathroom needs, super comfortable beds! I traveled with a 2,3, and 11 year old and we didn’t need for anything ! Boardwalk and beach access across a small street- less than a 5 min walk. Dunkin down next to the parking lot. Restaurants, convenience stores, liquor stores less than 2 min walk.Joy, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back next year!

Wonderful Family Time

We had a great time on our family vacation. This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family. This condo is very well kept and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Comforts of home

Condo is literally across the street from the boardwalk! Walking distance to a ton of activites. Description and pictures spot on. Check in and check out was super easy. Offered all the convenience of home, the amenities were outstanding! The neighborhood was a little noisy, but that was to be expected, given the holiday. Had a fabulous six day stay, would definitely book again!!

Fire Convention & Vacation

This was a great condo that was clean and fully furnished and ready to go for the stay! The check in process was simple and we enjoyed a great week. You will not go wrong with this condo and the owner. A beautiful place and location with no hassles!

Great location. Beautiful Condo

This was our first time staying in OC and we had a great time. The condo is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed plus some. The location is very close to the boardwalk and ocean which worked out perfect for the Boardwalk Rock Festival (we were even able to sit on the balcony and hear the music). There was plenty of space for our group of 5. Joy is an amazing host, and we cannot wait to come back and stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. Dunkin was right by our condo which WA. s very convenient. A block away from the boardwalk. Joy was very responsive. The condo was so clean and spacious. We would definitely go back to stay.

Lovely condo

We needed another unit in this building when our large family decided to come to OC with us. This condo was beautiful, handy, so clean and Joy was truly a JOY to work with! We’d love to come back in the future!

The Perfect Condo!

My family and I had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! The location was quiet and easy to walk to the bay and beach! The beds were so comfortable and the pull out couch was comfortable as well! We really enjoyed having the wagon to haul all our beach stuff back and forth too!

Beautiful place, fun location

We are a family of 8 with kids age 3-15. We decided to stay close to the boardwalk where the amusement park/inlet area is for the first time (the teens picked this year’s location). My honest review is this; The condo was perfect, super clean, well stocked and organized, quiet within(it’s so nice inside).The pool is right outside the front door too! We unfortunately were there during construction on the parking lot, which was no one’s fault, but did heavily impacts our time. As it was where the Main bedroom/balcony is located. So we were not able to enjoy the view for that reason. We loved having the freedom of letting our older kids walk to the boardwalk unattended due to proximity. There’s a Dunkin and several breakfasts diners right outside the doors. We had dinner on the inlet, again walking distance. And of course we were right by the beach for easy access during the day. The ONLY negative mention I would say is this is definitely a “young adult” area of OCMD. A lot of what appeared to be college age people which led to loudness/partying at night. Which is just not ideal for our family. We went on vacation in Mid June, so this could be different during other parts of the summer. Altogether we really did love the condo and amenities, this location was just too busy for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind the noise or busyness of the location. And again maybe it’s different during other times. Great place with parking and so much space!

Wonderful property in Great Location

This property was beautiful and very clean. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! Joy was a pleasure to work with. The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation! 10/10

Great place for families when in Ocean City!

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights and had a great time. The community pool is right outside of the unit, it is secure with a code to go up the elevator. We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk. Joy was a great host. She sent me her information a few days ahead of our stay. The unit was clean, linens,towels, pots, etc. are all available to use at the unit. We also really liked all the extras for the beach, umbrella, shelter and wagon. Definitely recommend this host and property.

Best place ever!

We found our new favorite spot to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed and more. Joy was fantastic to work with. The location is superb. Can’t wait for our next visit!
