Relax and enjoy in this freshly renovated, calm and stylish 2 bed and 2 bath home. It’s been furnished and equipped with New furniture and appliances for your needs. There are smart TVs in every room with high speed WIFI. There’s a private master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and walk in shower. Another guest room is furnished with queen bed. Pull out sofa with 65in TV in the living room to accommodate 6 people total. We’re located in quiet and friendly neighborhood in Carmichael.

Immaculate and comfortable

This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. I did see reviews about the neighborhood being older which it is but that’s typical of Carmichael neighborhoods and I felt safe and relaxed.I did have to depart early for a personal reason but would book a stay here again for sure.

Perfect spot for a getaway from the Bay Area

This property was very inviting. It is set in a nice neighborhood with many amenities nearby. It is close enough to the freeway to be convenient and far enough away to feel like you’re in a sweet neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect, with enough room for me and my grandchildren to all cook together. The rooms are well laid out. The off street parking is a plus!

Excellent stay

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as perfect as our first. The home is clean and spacious and the host was great.

Great relaxing getaway

Very clean and nicely furnished home. Well equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms. Having washer and dryer was very convenient and access to garage a bonus.

This was a very nice and clean duplex. The area was nice and quiet and not that far from downtown Sacramento. The host was nice and when I had questions she responded to me promptly.

Beautiful

The home is beautiful! The area is known for its hot days and the AC works amazing! They also provide fans in all the bedrooms to help make the rooms so chilly. I traveled with a little one who is 8 months she was able to sleep in a pack and play in the master and we were able to chat and watch tv in the living room without disturbing her. The host was very kind and helpful.

Very nice stay

This was a very nicely remodeled home. The neighborhood street was crowded with cars. When we had a problem with people parking in our spot, it was quickly corrected. The owner was very communicative and polite. Overall, a great vacation stay.

The place was great and very clean. The owners were very responsive to any issues we had. The cleaners had forgotten to leave garbage bags and they had them delivered within an hour.

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful Place

This duplex looks exactly like it shows in the pictures. It has been beautifully remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. Very nice for a short stay.
