You share the pool and hot tub with the main house. The cottage is located on the historic Fountain Ranch, where you will be part of history. The cottage has been beautifully restored from 1911, where the main house and cottage was part of the Fountain Ranch and continues to be owned and operated by the family. There is access to the river and you can experience the on-going cattle ranch first hand as the cattle are located on the ranch. The bathroom and bedrooms are handicap accessible as well. The property can also be used for events but this must be planned ahead of time and booked with the owner directly. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
