Enjoy this comfortable two-bedroom apartment located near Campbell Creek and the airport. This lower-level unit features a bright living area, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen with dining space. Both bedrooms offer cozy queen beds with quality linens. Guests have access to free shared laundry, free on-site parking, and a peaceful yard that opens to Campbell Creek Trail for walking or biking. LOTS of wildlife viewing :)

Situated along Campbell Creek in Anchorage’s Midtown area, this home offers easy access to both outdoor recreation and city conveniences. Step onto the Campbell Creek Trail just beyond the yard for a scenic walk or bike ride, or take a quick drive to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The airport is only 10 minutes away, and downtown Anchorage is within easy reach for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Clean. Four plex (Not Condo) . Thin walls, could hear people upstairs using bathroom. Poor parking in winter, no handicap access.

I previously lived in Alaska and visit a few times a year for the hiking and food, and this has become my new go-to place to stay. The location is excellent, close to the airport and everything Anchorage has to offer. This is a basement unit but it is very cozy, especially with the fireplace, and the mattresses on both beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept better here than I have in a long time.The only minor downside is occasional noise from the pipes in the unit above. It didn’t bother me, but lighter sleepers may notice it.Overall, a great stay and I would absolutely book here again.
