Beautiful Spacious 4/2.5 Mountain Home in Exclusive Gated Golf/Resort Community

Our Home: Large beautiful 2-level 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain view home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Large windows provide plenty of mountain and wildlife viewing. Decks on both levels also offer great views as you commune with nature. You will likely see deer, hawks and possibly other wildlife such as black bear who do live in this community. Master bath features a jacuzzi tub. Both levels feature a large family room with t.v. Main level also features skylights, wood floors and a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ for preparing family meals with a dining table that extends to seat 8. Our home is set up for comfort with high quality mattresses on all beds, reclining couches and all the conveniences of home. There is covered parking for 2 vehicles available.

Golf/Resort Community: Guest access to amenities ($25/day) is included in the rental fee. Community amenities include access to a private golf course, tennis (in and outdoor courts), pickleball courts, trails, pools (in season), a clubhouse, a lake for fishing or to put in your kayaks/canoes, a beach with swimming area, a playground, trails and bocce ball. The golf club also has a nice bar/restaurant. Additional fees may apply for some activities such as golf and indoor tennis.

Please note: This is a mountain community with narrow, winding and sometimes steep roads. Our driveway is steep and curvy as well. You must have a suitable vehicle and driving skill to navigate in a mountainous setting. Also adherence to community rules is essential for all guests, such as 15-20 mph speed limits, respecting and not feeding wild animals, no outdoor fires and garbage/recycling storage/drop-off rules. Our community is dedicated to the safety and preservation of its members including its wildlife. Please treat all with respect.

Things To Do: Jasper offers a quaint historic downtown Main Street with several local restaurants and shops. The greater Jasper area provides more mainstream shopping along with a variety of restaurants and bars. Jasper is centrally located to many wineries, multiple parks with trails and waterfalls, tubing, and apple cider mills. It’s about a half hour to Ellijay and an hour from Blue Ridge or Atlanta. Enjoy the peace and quiet of mountain living with the convenience of towns and city activities close by.
