Beach Front Villa LAS with direct Beach access

Spectacular oceanfront home, with infinity pool, unparalleled and panoramic views over Delaport Bay and the white beach directly in front of the Villa. The house was designed as a luxury Vacation spot located in the center of New Providence - the Main Island of the Bahamas. Close enough to everything you will need like Restaurants, Bars, and shopping centers - but still with this unique private Island flair you expect while visiting the Bahamas.

It is a beautiful example of modern architecture and offers a large space for Families or Friends for your stay in the beautiful Bahamas!

The Villa is located on West Bay Street - directly on the north side with probably the most beautiful beaches on the whole island. The beach is nearly private because of the surrounding private villas and only 3 steps away from the patio area.

The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is an open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge windows overlooking the waves and views. The 20ft Patio doors can be opened and transforming the living room and outdoor area into a large open space. The master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the blue Ocean and there are 2 other bedrooms on the third floor, both with queen beds. The ground floor has one bedroom and a separate Studio with queen beds. The studio has also a full kitchen.

The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops - gas cooktop - separate Breakfast area for up to 6, Bar area facing the kitchen, and large dining area (with ten-seater dining table)

The kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The dining and TV room doors collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. The wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining.

Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and an outdoor sitting area

To reach the Villa is only a 6-minute ride from the Nassau International Airport

(Lynden Pindling International Airport) and important to mention, not in the flight zone for regular airplanes.

The property is in a beautiful setting, the view and being right on the beach was fabulous. The house was roomy, comfortable and well appointed, though oddly configured for sleeping quarters. The large gas stove was nice but the oven and a couple burners did not work and were not able to be fixed while we were there. Otherwise, the kitchen had a lot of dishes and utensils (no skillet or colander though) for use for a large group. We were able to do laundry, which was great, but it was located in the the separate lower level apartment, so it was a bit inconvenient. The deck around the pool and stairs to the beach could use a bit of updating.

Had a great time with a family of 7. Rooms were nice and had a great time on the beach. Few locals were on the beach but were friendly. House had beautiful views of water. Leaving house to get on road was kind of dangerous cause house was on a curve so we had to be careful getting on. Other than that, the house was great with no issues. Family had a wonderful time. Oh and we rented jet skis and they delivered them to us. That was a plus.

The host and manager of the property were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The house is in a great location with a million dollar view. You just can't beat the location and view. We basically had our own private beach, We will be back!

The place was fantastic and would recommend it to anyone! It does needs some updates completed. The mini splits did leak inside one of the upstairs bedrooms and in the downstairs outside apartment (where the washer/dryer are located. Probably just needs the lines cleaned out. Other than that the place was absolutely wonderful. The view, the water, the lounge chairs by pool were perfect! It was a perfect family vacation spot. Quiet and peaceful not like a resort full beach. It was private and we could just enjoy and relax! Saw the biggest stingray we have ever seen before right there in the water behind the house! It was a good 6 to 7 foot long from bar to head! It was incredible! And thanks to the host for providing 5 gallon jugs of water! That was a BIG DEAL!!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Large family of 8 - 2 grand parents, 3 adult sons, one daughter in law, and two grandkids, ages 7 and 13 had a fabulous week long vacation at this house. Kitchen was exceptional, beach was amazing and the weather was excellent.

Overall, this is a wonderful vacation property. Communication with property management was great, they were responsive and even offered suggestions for excursions while we were in Nassau. Location of the property is also really good. Close to a lot of great restaurants and amenities, but just far enough from downtown that you are not feeling crowded. Pulling out of the driveway is a bit trickly, but we got it figured out pretty quickly.The beach and water are amazing!The only way to get to the beach is through a basement bedroom or out the front door. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience that we quickly adapted to. The patio off of the living room / dining room is wonderful. Nothing better than grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting on the patio overlooking the water. Big hit with my group.

Family vacation for 7 of us. Plenty of room to give us space. The beachfront access was perfect, didn’t have to fight the crowds from the cruise ships. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and had a washer dyer. We’ll be back. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had.

Very nice place to celebrate the Christmas holiday

Spent 10 days here, everything was great, you can not beat the view from all 3 levels. Would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Great house that exceeded our expectations. Host was very friendly and communicative, and check in and out were both very easy. I would recommend bringing your own body wash but other than that the house has everything you’ll need.

We loved the snorkeling. Directly in front of the house, we had a white sand beach for swimming with calm waters. Beautiful views! The property manager was so prompt with any questions and made great suggestions. We would come back to the island and stay in this house for the quiet beach with no crowds. It's close to the airport and there are wonderful restaurants near the home.

All Ages Love this House

This house was wonderful for all ages. We felt very secure and safe during all parts of our stay due to the alarm system and gated property. The ocean and soft sand were the highlights of our trip. We would hang out every day in the ocean for hours!

Over all, no complaints and everything in good order. One bathroom sink was plugged up, but a repair person came in a timely fashion and cleaned it out. Cornelia, the manager, was very helpful. The house was an excellent place to stay, however it now bears the marks of showing some aging. Would have appreciated an easier access to get to the beach from the house. The front porch is a definite winner with a glorious view. Overall, very accommodating for the 7 of us!

Amazing Beachfront, House Misrepresented

We spent nearly all of our time on the beach and deck, and the view is spectacular. However, the photos of the house and descriptions are not up to date.

The house was robbed during our stay. The back sliding doors on the deck do not lock properly and thieves seem to know it. We woke up to two men in our bedroom going through our wallets. Fortunately we woke up and chased them out of the house without injury to any of us staying in the house. The burglers knew exactly which door would be unlocked and my guess is that this house is a frequent robbery target. The host has been unresponsive to our claims and we are being forced to pursue legal action. DO NOT stay at this property under any circumstances.

Terrible place to stay, a/c did not work in front bedroom upstairs from 1st day. A person came out the next day after reported to fix it so room could not be used until then. Dishwasher was broke when we arrived . Then maintain was called and they came out to fix it but the next day it was broke again. Rust around the patio roof. Wooden steps not nailed down going down to the beach either. Another grandson fell. Safety hazardous there. Oven did not work all week. One of our grandsons fell through the patio around pool because it was not nailed down .min another area. Texted host to repair it, but she did not send anyone all week to repair. Roaches in the bottom apartment part. Yuck! Trash would overflow and it took them a couple of days to finally have it picked up. Washing machine leaked water, a/c went out on and off through the week stay. Host would hardly ever answer our text and no calls were ever answered. We had younger children and it was very difficult without the a/c. A generator should have been installed there and was suggested to them but they did nothing. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Not worth the cost or the headache of going there. We have traveled around the world, and this is the first time we have experienced the worst VRBO in our lives. Don’t waste your money, the pictures don’t show the real story.

This is a very clean and spacious villa with good comms from the rental agents. It’s let down by a couple of things. It’s generally a little bit tired and could do with a lick of paint as the photos were clearly taken some time ago. The access to the beach is the main issue with frankly dangerous breeze blocks placed as steps. Address those issues and it would have received an excellent rating as the beach is stunning.
