Just a 1-minute straight shot to the beach... This home is fully stocked, including beach chairs. Just bring your beach towel and relax!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
*PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
*MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*This home is located in a humid subtropical climate. While we professionally treat the home for bugs and pests, you may see bugs including Palmetto bugs sneak in occasionally. If any are found in the home, we will promptly schedule a re-treatment to address. No refunds for bug sightings will be provided
*WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A 5-STAR STAY, as do our cleaners. Your booking includes turn-over service to include cleaning and linen/towels. However, occasionally things get missed or need to be fixed. If you are not satisfied with the job that the cleaners have done, we need to know immediately. We will send cleaners back, if we are made aware of something that needs to be fixed. PLEASE DON'T WAIT until you have checked out to let us know in a public review. THESE REVIEWS STAY WITH THE HOST FOREVER, even if a house is removed from our listings. So we want to FIX ANY ISSUE, in order for you to have a great stay. And we APPRECIATE your PRIVATE FEEDBACK, so that we can fix it for future guests.
