Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Pepperhill, this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house perfectly blends modern luxury with classic charm. With a fully fenced backyard and a cozy patio featuring seating around a fire table, this home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or take advantage of the beach supplies provided for a fun day in the sun.



Inside, you'll find a welcoming entryway with a hall tree for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining at the table that comfortably seats six, or opt for takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. The living room is perfect for entertaining, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a selection of board games for family fun.



The master bedroom boasts a luxurious King-size bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. We had an excellent stay, and the host was super accommodating as we had several flight cancellations due to winter storm Gianna. The hot tub was wonderful in the cold, and the house is super roomy and cozy.

The house was very clean and very nice. Our issue was we were surprised by the neighborhood-cars on lawns, junk around the houses. We left early because we didn’t care for the unkempt neighborhood.

The interior of the home is lovely and exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and well appointed. This seems to be a neighborhood going through a transition, as such the exterior and outdoor spaces of some of the homes close to this could be off putting for some people. We were able to enjoy the outside/garage space with an open mind and no issues
