The Space:
This clean and cozy beach bungalow is perfect for your next trip to Folly Beach! This retreat is a freshly-updated three-bedroom, two-full bath cottage that is only a two-minute walk to the beach. It is also only three blocks from Center Street, home to great restaurants, quaint shops, and the famous Folly Pier–close enough to stroll to dinner, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There is plenty of parking to leave your car while you navigate the island on foot or bike if you wish. The professionally landscaped yard is fully fenced and private, with plenty of space to enjoy being outdoors. This home also offers a level 2 EV charger.

After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and changing area that is covered in climbing jasmine. Grill your dinner and dine al fresco on the picnic table or in the spacious, screened porch (affectionately known as “Gimme Shelter”), which is the perfect year-round outdoor hangout spot! The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds, all with fresh, clean linens and pillows. There are two full bathrooms with plenty of fluffy towels.

The large, open kitchen is perfect for family meals and is fully equipped with everything you will need, including lots of extras to make your stay easy and enjoyable. There is a 'kids table', a Pack N' Play, and a highchair if you need them.

Just one block away is one of Folly Beach’s public parks with a nice tennis court, basketball court, and a great Pirate Cove playground for the kids.

A Real Gem

The perfect Folly Beach House! Clean, spacious, excellent fence for our happy dog, fabulous little screened in porch out back for cards and drinks. Easy, quick walk to the beach, the grocery and Center Street. Will definitely stay again.

Sunshine at Soulshine

Our 4th trip was just as good as the first. Our guys liked hanging out on the porch, we all enjoyed reading under the massive Live Oak, the daily trips to the beach and Bert’s were easy and convenient. Had a great week.

Very clean inside. Exterior was overgrown but manageable. Shower head was broken when we arrived but we hardly used that shower as the outdoor shower was great! Overall 4 out of 5 stars! Thanks!!

Clean and cute

This house was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out. It was too cold to enjoy the outside screen room, but what a fun space. We would rent here again.

Perfect stay for our family

Soulshine was fun! Short walks to the beach, downtown Folly and playground. With a 20 minute drive to Charleston it was the perfect distance between everything we wanted to do. House was well equipped and clean. The hammock was a hit with our kids as was the backyard screened pavilion. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Potential but fell flat

Great location. 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, games and enough space for us all to be together. However, multiple issues from there. It seems as if management doesn’t care about this house. It was kind of clean, but not well. Mold on shower curtains, light bulbs burnt out. There were also amenity issue. Dryer didn’t work and they couldn’t fix while we were there, they suggested we replace the lightbulbs ourselves, blankets smelled like mildew, tv in the back bedroom didn’t work. They did refund me a percentage of the stay which helped but only after I reached out multiple times. Again, it was like Vacasa really didn’t care about the property or the guests. I wouldn’t stay at this house again.

Lovely home with a short walk to the beach!

The house was nicely kept and perfect for our group! Kitchen was nice and outdoor shower was dreamy. I didn't shower inside all week. My grandmother loved the screened in porch. The only thing we could say in the negative was that the beds and sofas felt really damp. It wasnt a dealbreaker though! Otherwise it was perfect!

Relaxing get away

Soulshine delivers a relaxing comfortable home away from home. The outdoor screened in deck was a nice way to spend the evening. We grilled one night and ate dinner out there. The home has plenty of amenities including the washer & dryer which is a must for a beach vacation. Located 3 blocks from the beach and most everything is in walking distance. The home was clean but….not spic and span, gleaming clean. Tea, coffee stains in sink and upon arrival the towels folded in the cabinet were wet. I put them in the dryer and it all worked out. The wagon advertised as a convenient way to carry items to and from the beach was unusable. While trying to pull it, the rusted handle came off. Beach chairs: several rusted and unusable. These things need some refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped and living area cozy and comfortable.

Family Time

This is a beautiful property with a large fenced in yard which allowed our two dogs and 7 adults to all have a fun and relaxing time. The house is adorable and very well equipped—had everything we could possibly need and the fact that it is just 2 walkable blocks to the beach is a real plus. We’ll definitely return!

Quiet, relaxing, close to everything.

Cool little bungalow. Roomy and comfortable living room. Well-laid out kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. About a five-minute walk to downtown.

Great place for family at the beach

We loved this property and would consider coming again. We had adults and children and a dog and everything was just right. Fenced in yard was helpful to keep the kids and dog close. The screened in porch was great and the outdoor shower was really nice. The open concept was great for hosting a few other family members staying nearby. Great place!

Fantastic location, great house~

The property lived up to all the stellar reviews. It's perfectly located, within walking distance to Center Street, and a couple blocks from the beach. It's close enough that you can leave your car parked for the entire trip, but far enough from the main strip that you can have a peaceful, quiet, night. Dinners on the screened in patio are HIGHLY recommended!

Perfect house, great location

Excellent place for our family of 5 for a week. Our small dog could roam the fenced in yard. We could easily drive to Charleston but we could also walk a few short blocks to the beach. Convenient to Bert’s for groceries and to restaurant. Great kitchen/family room with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it!!! Easy check in and check out, too

Folly Beach Fun

Very nice find in Folly Beach. Property had everything we needed for a family getaway. House is nicely shaded by beautiful live oaks, and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a great time with our two teenagers.
