Very attentive owner and great view!
I had rented 91 Augusta, Rancho Mirage, Ca for the months of December 2018 and January 2019.
The condo was clean, spacious, and well maintained, plenty of towels and bedding, the
kitchen was well stocked with all you might need, but I had asked Rich if he might consider
a new set of frying pans, he immediately obliged and sent over 2 brand new pans by
Fed-Ex which arrived next day, thank you Rich, we especially
enjoyed not having to use
a key to gain entrance to the condo but used the coded automatic touch-tone lock which
Rich had set up for us, the location of this condo is close to all one might be looking for,
Costco, churches, theaters etc., and thank you Rich for being so considerate that you
actually came to visit us ( by appt) to see how we were doing and if all was well.
