The Space:
This tasteful villa is ready for your golf vacation, with fairway views you can enjoy from the living areas. Take in some sun rays in the enclosed sunroom. Ask our concierge service about how to get to the beach or the Seabrook Island Beach Club - they're both within biking distance!

The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village is just under five miles away. Fine dining and local historic tours are a 23-mile drive away in downtown Charleston.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.
Parking Notes: Up to 4 Vehicles can park at this property. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing. The beach was nice, got to see sunrise and sunsets. House was clean, beds comfortable, the tv had many subscriptions to watch. Kitchen had lots of silverware, glasses, cups, coffeemaker. An airfryer would have been nice. The fridge was large and had an ice maker. Over all a good stay.

Sufficient

The property was good enough. Although there is a lot of furniture, it’s not very comfortable. The bedding is the same you receive in a hospital. The property was clean but I would not say sanitized as there were stills hairs and dirt in the corners. There are no toys or beach equipment or storage to keep what you bring. The water pressure is wonderful and the kitchen appliances are good. We liked the location as it was quiet and secluded. We had an issue with the washing machine being broken and destroying our clothes and are waiting to hear back what will be done about it. The Vacasa representative and the workman who I worked with were wonderful. I will update with a follow up as to whether we will be compensated for the ruined clothing and having to find laundry services while on our stay. Overall, if you are on a vacation and just want a good place to sleep, this is the property.

Quiet with a nice open view of fairways. Comfortable, clean living areas: updated showers, kitchen,

Easy check in. Quiet and fully equipped rental. The Sunroom gives an added depth snd space to a golf villa. Both bathrooms were nicely updated, and kitchen was easy, clean and well equipped.

Very Comfortable

We were extremely comfortable and especially enjoyed the "sun room". Just the right size for the two of us to spread out and not feel too cramped. The only complaint, and it is a small one, was the TV access. We discovered that watching TV via YouTube TV (i.e. internet) was not ideal for live TV. We watch a lot of sports and some of the channels buffered a lot. And we were unable to watch anything live on CBS. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have been informed of the YouTube TV in the listing. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and would consider staying there again.

Beautiful Golf Course view

The sunroom overlooking the course was perfect for us to eat while watching deer at dusk, and relax. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. We were frustrated by the TVs and wish there were better instructions for accessing live TV. We were surprised to not find several items that one expects to find at any rental: a hairdryer, potholders, and coffee filters. Luckily our daughter in Charleston came to our rescue and there was only a brief inconvenience. We really liked everything about this unit and would choose it again!

Great get away

Great property, and location. Quiet loved seeing deer wandering in the back yard. Kitchen and bathroom upgrade was very nice. Bathroom and kitchen were not clean. Rugs and comforters were dirty.

Perfect stay!

Check in was easy, we arrived early and they took our cell phone and called us when the property was ready (an hour earlier than check in). The property was immaculate. We had a small issue, there was a wasp’s nest on the porch. Someone was out within 30 minutes and made quick work of it. The view of the golf course provides a lot of wildlife. Deer, heron. , etc... Bathrooms and showers are large and top notch. Kitchen appliances are all upscale. Cannot recommend highly enough.
