Very nice, clean condo and excellent location and communication! I’d stay here again. The living room furniture covers and some of the walls could use some love, but this seems standard across vacation rentals. Recommend!

We had a nice stay and the location was ideal to walk to the Wild Dunes market, dining, tennis. The rooms were warm and the unit needed help with the AC. Once that was resolved we slept good. I’d rent it again because of the location, price, cleanliness.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach. Dinner options were within walking distance which made it the perfect place for my friend and I to take our young children. The home was very clean and perfectly laid out for 2 families. We would definitely come back!

This condo is ok.Pros: Kitchen has tools to make simple mealsIn walking distance to some restaurants and shopping in the Wild Dunes ResortCons:Carpets in bedrooms very stained, dirtyLiving room furniture worn and had obvious stainsShower curtain in one bathroom had obvious moldOutside furniture old and dirtyHot water ran out very quickly when showeringWe communicated the first 4 issues to the management company right after we arrived. They apologized and sent over new shower curtains, which we appreciated. Then we heard nothing else. Most of the communication is automated; which added to feeling brushed off.There are plenty of places to rent in Wild Dunes. We would not rent this place again or recommend it to others.

Place was great, 2 good sized bedrooms, with private bathrooms and a great shared living space with plenty of seating and a 4 person table. kitchen was well stocked with knives and pans and even some tupperware, plenty of cups and glasses too. access to teh pool is very easy and close by, and beach is maybe a 5 minute walk. pool did get busy with kids, but everyone was very lovely that we met. was able to enjoy restaurants in the complex, and sign up for tennis/pickleball clinics too. highly recommend.

Amazing location and the best part was how relaxing and quiet this place is. Some touch ups and updates are needed (stained and torn furniture, master slider doesn’t lock, windows haven’t been cleaned in years, etc). This place has the potential to be phenomenal. After 12 hours in the car, it was very frustrating pulling up to the wrong gate and then trying to figure out where the correct car entry gate was. We wasted 10 minutes when it should have been clarified and explained in the arrival information.
