Enjoy the Newly Updated Kitchen in this two bedroom, two bath condo. Beautiful new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and recently updated appliances. This tastefully decorated condo features a balcony off of living room, cable television, DVD player, Queen size bed and TV in master bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of being directly across the street from the beach with direct access to shops/restaurants on Ocean Blvd. wireless Internet, and access to complex pool, laundry facility and fishing pier. 980 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Ocean Seaside Condo
The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Well equipped. The patio furniture was worn, should be replaced or cleaned. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses needed to be replaced. They were so uncomfortable we just slept on top. I don’t think they were actual mattresses but a piece of foam and board. Great proximity to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely visit! Only a couple of items in the unit to mention: twin mattress in back bedroom wasn’t very comfortable; LR furniture was worn; bathroom tub floor was unstable & shower made loud squeaking noise. Kitchen was great, table & chairs very sturdy, master queen bed very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay, with a location that can’t be beat! Many thanks!

Great location
The property was clean and there was a lot of kitchen supplies and extra bedding. It was on the small side but the bunk beds were great for our 4 kids. It was a couple minute walk from the beach, great location if you want to go to the beach everyday.
