Mariner's Watch

The Space:
This lovely Mariner's Watch oceanfront villa is located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings in the living area. Guests will be in paradise with the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean that can be seen from the deck, sun porch, and nearly every room. With recently updated furnishing and beachy decor, there will be no reason to compromise on your favorite comforts of home. After a long day on the beach, the whole family can gather at the dining table and enjoy a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. Watch the sunset from the deck and feel the breeze blow through your hair before heading in for a movie night on the flatscreen TV! Plus, the family dog can come along as well for a small nightly pet fee.

What's nearby:
With sugar-white sand right outside your back door, there will be no delay in getting those much-anticipated sandy toes and sun-kissed skin! Pack a picnic and make a day of reading as the waves sparkle in the sun. When you want a break from the beach, book a tee time at one of the local golf courses or play a few sets of tennis on the shared courts nearby! If you don't feel like cooking, Town Center Market is a short walk away offering delicious American cuisine.

Property matched description and pictures. It could have used some additional deep cleaning of furniture and rugs. Some bugs appeared in evening as in cabinets.

Wonderfully comfortable property with incredible views

We fully enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been staying at Kiawah 3 bedroom rentals for over 30 years and this is one of the most well kept, comfortable properties we have stayed at. The views of the beach are amazing and created a relaxing atmosphere the entire time we were there. The kitchen is set up in such a nice organized way and obviously set up by people who cook. My family appreciated the organization and fact that everything we needed was there! Also it is so nice to have a dog friendly rental!

Fantastic location

Almost perfect! Really needs an upgrade on the TV! Very challenging to navigate and the remotes were literally taped together. The furniture could also use a refresh- especially the bar stools!

Winter Escape

My wife and I with our two dogs spent 60 days this last winter here. This was after 30 days in January 2022. Coming from the Midwest it is the perfect escape from the heavy winter. The property is as described in the details as you will find plenty of room for up to 6 easily. The furnishings are a bit worn considering the price point but comfortable enough. The views are what we come back for and what we are returning for in 2024. There is simply no way to describe in any sufficient manner how relaxing the ocean front can be. If there is one issue we have it is the service time when issues do present themselves. The property managers are short staffed and that always leads to disappointment. Again, the price that is negotiated should reflect the service you should expect. And yes, the 33 steps up and down into the unit are indeed there however the view is worth it.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Beautiful view and very nice place.

It is a resort area and was disappointed only 2 parking passes were allowed. Keep in mind that this is a sandy, humid environment. There was some moisture damage around the vents. Regardless, we loved it and would stay again.

Great view

Great property in need of updates which I am told will occur in April 2022. Wonderful stay with your pups; but not so easy for the elderly or young children as there are a lot of steep stairs to access the unit. Loved dealing with property manager - very attentive and responsive!

Great location

The unit is right on the beach and close to The Sanctuary. The managers checked in with us as needed. Great experience! Sure was helped by seventy degrees in December!

Beautiful View

The unit has a beautiful view and kitchen is well equipped. The storage unit below has some old left over chairs that need to be removed. The storage is good and we did use it for our items and secured it daily with a lock we brought. The entry door lockset and dead bolt is the only thing I would suggest changed as keys are tight and you have to work with them, the door did open each time. The railing on the porch was in process of being worked on. Again, the overall unit is very nice and we had a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect location. Central to everything in Kiawah and right on the beach. Amazing sun room with views of both sunrise and sunset.

The property was beautiful and the kitchen well-stocked (except could use a blender). We had a great time. The only recommendation is to audit your housekeeping services. There was food in the couch, several bulbs burned out, and mold in the master toilet and shower when we arrived. There was also a broken toilet paper holder and broken chair when we arrived.
