この1階のオーシャンフロントヴィラには、キッチン、リビ���グエリア、マスタースイートからの息をtakingむようなオーシャンビューの広々としたオープンフロアプランが備わっています。 自然光がいっぱいのグレートルーム���、白い梁のある天井、広大な海の景色、ビーチの装飾、壁一面のガラスドアを通してリアデッキへのアクセスがあります。 デッキには新しい家具が備わっています！

完全に任命された大きなキッチンには、シェフが必要とするすべてのものが備わっています。ガラストップレンジ、自立型の製氷機、作り付けのオーブンと電子レンジ、十分なカウンタースペース、朝食バーは水に出かける前に噛むのに最適です。 伝統的なコーヒーメーカーとKeurigがあります。 何よりも、キッチンはグレートルームに開放されているため、シェフは楽しみや会話の一部を見逃すことはありません。

マスタ���スイートには、キングベッド、大型クローゼット、ウォークインシャワーとトイレ用のデュアルシンク洗面化粧台とプライバシールームを備えたバスタブが備わっています。 2番目の客室には、2段ベッドセットと付属のバスタブがあります。 3番目の客室には、バスタブ付きのクイーンベッドがあります。

Annual Kiawah Trip

We have stayed here twice before. Great kitchen and living space. Love the bunk beds in one bedroom for friends of our kids. Wonderfully large kitchen table for puzzles. Love the view and proximity to beach. It’s bright and airy and beachy.

Perfect for our group of 6.,

This is our second stay at this same Mariners Watch Villa. We highly recommend this rental. Lovely updated decor that looked every bit as lovely as it did on our last stay 2 years ago. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The reservation and check in process went without a hitch.

Wonderful Cottage!

The cottage/villa was as promised and better. The ocean views from the main living space and outside porch were outstanding. The layout, furnishings and amenities of the property had no shortcomings. Access to the beach was quick. Being on the first floor meant you could walk out the rear of the unit and be on the boardwalk quickly. We look forward to another visit.

Walk out the back door to the beach, walk to the Sanctuary, short drive to Freshfields for groceries, shopping and restaurants. The villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you'll need.

perfect location and very spacious

Stayed in this condo summer of 2014 and loved it. My favorite activity was to sit and eat on the deck. It was well maintained, clean, and a very private location. Very convenient to the beach access. We loved it so much we are coming back to stay there again this year in August. We love the added bunk beds in one of the guest rooms as well as the changes made to the master bathroom. The additional media/office room was a bonus with the twin pull out sofa which allowed our teenage son to have his own little area away from his other brothers- it was like having a fourth bedroom.

My 2018 summer vacation at 4202 Mariners Eatch

Love the way they had expanded the family room by removing the screened in porch and including the area in the family room. We had a great ocean view and easy access to the boardwalk and ocean. The owners had also left some surf boards that the boys enjoyed and sand chairs that we used several times. Condo was very clean with plenty of room for all. Loved the ice machine and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Really enjoyed the kitchen remodel, it gave plenty of room for cooking and we ate most of our meals at the extended counter with the bar stools while watching the ocean, which never gets old! We had a great week.

Wonderful panoramic views from inside and out. They have made some smart upgrades that make the stay quite enjoyable, specifically the kitchen area. The folks at ESPM were very nice and responsive when we reached out with questions/concerns. The only knock would be the bathrooms are a bit outdated but I understand why the owner would hold off on that type of investment. I think VRBO should reevaluate their fees...cleaning and service fee was 22% of the rental cost, a bit egregious when coupled with 15% tax.

Overall Nice, but Should Have Been Cleaner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in a row renting a unit at Mariner’s Watch (different units, but both rentals were through ESPM). We love Mariner’s Watch and plan to go back. It’s hard to beat the tranquility and proximity to the beach that is offered by that particular development. Overall our stay this year was great; however, the unit was not clean. There were remnants of food trailing down the cabinets under the sink (and along several cabinets within the kitchen); remnants of dried up food and drink on one of the bunk beds located in one of the bedrooms; dirty utensils and glasses in the drawers; the potholder looked like someone backed a pizza on top of it; and the remains of dead roaches located inside the under-cabinet ice maker. Also the ice maker and fridge filters need to be changed. Not at all what you would expect when renting a place; especially considering the money (five figures) spent to rent one of these units for a week. We were grossed out and disappointed to say the least; however we took it upon ourselves to clean all of these items (filters still need to be changed) and move one with our vacation. Contrast this with the other Mariner’s Watch unit we rented in 2021 and it’s night and day. That unit was extremely clean. Management needs to do a better job ensuring their units are cleaned and maintained properly. Again, the location and views are excellent (only reason we can recommend); however we would’ve enjoyed this unit and our trip better had the unit been cleaned properly. We’re on the fence on whether we’ll rent from ESPM going forward.
