The quaint and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex offers a heated pool and spa as well as a beachside BBQ grill.

Admire unforgettable sunsets on the beachfront, screened-in balcony, which is also perfect for outdoor dining! Then, retreat to the open living area, which offers calming coastal hues, a queen sofa bed, and beachfront balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances will surely help you prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks for the group that you can later enjoy at the dining area pleasantly appointed with seating for six.

The soothing main suite presents a relaxing sanctuary with a king bed and private balcony access. The en suite main bath boasts granite dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also provides a king bed, and the second en suite bathroom hosts a granite vanity sink and shower/tub combination.

A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. We had such a wonderful stay! This is such a cozy place with incredible views. We loved having the beach along with a pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great with ample storage for our things.

4 Day Stay in Madeira Beach

The stay was great! Location was excellent, beach was beautiful, and the view was amazing. We had no idea how many businesses were still shut down, and didn’t realize the pool wasn’t going to be open, but we were fairly compensated for that.

It was beautiful!

We came all the way from Ohio! The condo was beautiful. Very clean and it was the perfect beachfront! There was water maintenance so they shut our water off for a few hours which I understand but a heads up would have been nice instead of just shutting it off. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and would definitely stay again!

Mid Winter getaway

My wife and i came down for a long weekend. We had a great time, the condo was great. We would definitely come back.

Since my first review was rejected, I will try to summarize. To our surprise, when we arrived someone was in our condo and did not announce who they were as they exited the room quickly. We called the number given and were told it was the cleaning personnel but it certainty was NOT the cleaning crew! We asked for a description of the cleaning person but they would not provide it to us. This left us feeling insecure and unsafe. We were 2 women traveling with young children. We barricaded the doors at night and the balcony door would not lock so we had to improvise by using furniture. This condo needs a deep cleaning! Fridge had mold, freezer had dried blood, counters were not wiped down (dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, kitchen counters were filthy) crumbs on floors, floors were not mopped, coffee and end tables had glass marks from prior guests. Master toilet ran constantly and needed to manually flush several times by sticking hand in the back of the toilet. Notified agency that it was dirty and they did offer to come clean, but after the incident when we arrived, we did not want anyone else in the unit while we were there. This was not a cheap rental by any means! Also, our parking space was occupied when we arrived and when I called, we were told they could not do anything about it and to use the guest parking, thankfully there was one space open. I was very disappointed! I would not recommend renting from this agency.

Relaxing Time at The Beach

Great time!

Priperty was as advertised and was amazing. Check in process was a little off because we never received our parking pass until we gad already arrived and had to find a way to print it out. Location was steps away from beach and lots of attractions near by. 10 out of ten for sure and would stay agian.

Great trip!

Beautiful property in a great location walking/driving distance to so many different places. Very convenient! Beach was gorgeous and lots of good restaurants. We had an issue with arriving to a broken coffee pot and bedding had a stain but Courtney who we spoke to was amazing!

Excellent Beach Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The views were amazing from the balcony, the condo was very clean and spacious, and it was a short walk to many local restaurants and shops. There was easy access to the beautifully maintained beach and the pool. We would absolutely stay at this location again in the future.

Mad Beach

Great location on the beach, easy walk to The Reef and Caddy's, comfortable and clean condo, friendly neighbors. Had an issue with check-in (unit entry code) but it was solved quickly. Can't wait to go back!

Great spot, cute place

Love the location and view is absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfy, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels were primo! Very convenient. The only complaints are the stove and dryer need to be replaced.

July 22 trip

This is a mixed bag. The location was great, close enough to restaurants and groceries. I feel communication about access to the elevator should have been in the initial communication. Being locked out of the room due to faulty batteries in the key pad was a real bummer on day 3 of our stay. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, the light switch in the other bedroom didn’t work and poor water pressure in the showers. I’d stay again if the opportunity arises.

Madeira Beach (Arie Dam (Madeira spelled bacjwards) property): May 2022

Gulf views outstanding and unobstructed. Decorations/decor/furniture perfect for the location. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Very quiet. Secure. Well maintained. Great place to eat breakfast (not a breakast only restaurant) across the street, The Reef. Several light bulbs burned out, including only lamp in 2nd bedroom. Advertised as "starter supplies only", but for the price of the condo how about full rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Left 2 dishwasher pods and 2 washing machine pods because you have to wash the supplied beach towels before keaving...a bit odd and just cheap. Welcome packet should have included local grocery stores (since you will be buying some supplies) but did not. AC went out 3rd night and did get fixed but only after calling 3 times over 2 hours. A minor hiccup with a happy resolution. Mad Beach was great for us as a base for our Florida explorations. Since it was on the uncrowded beach, convenient for our morning walks, sunbathing or playing in the surf. Great beach location, very quiet/comfortable condo, 20 minutes to PIE airport. Would go back.

Great Location!

Loved this unit! This was actually my second time staying here. I love the beach colors that decorated the place. So light and airy. Not drab and dreary with dark colors. There’s a great place to eat across from the street. It is the best….Dockside Dave’s. The grouper was fantastic! You’re not far from John’s Pass which has shopping and restaurants on the water. There’s so much to do at John’s Pass even if you want to do rentals. You can relax on the beach and still take a day to shop.

Just a little disappointed

Nice building, with pool and spa and right on beach. Unit was two bedroom two bath. Showers are a little dated. Pot and pan selection was poor if you plan to cook meals for family. would be nice to have some cleaning items like counter spray and paper towels. Also, maybe a few waters to drink upon arrival. Patio high to chairs had no pads to sit on and the chairs are designed for them so not very comfortable to sit on without. Other residents are very nice and we had a good time. Some slight modifications and it would be great.
