Bright and beautiful, Arie Dam 403 embraces you with calming seaside shades, upscale décor, and plush furnishings to ensure a peaceful home away from home. The quaint and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex offers a heated pool and spa as well as a beachside BBQ grill.



Admire unforgettable sunsets on the beachfront, screened-in balcony, which is also perfect for outdoor dining! Then, retreat to the open living area, which offers calming coastal hues, a queen sofa bed, and beachfront balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances will surely help you prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks for the group that you can later enjoy at the dining area pleasantly appointed with seating for six.



The soothing main suite presents a relaxing sanctuary with a king bed and private balcony access. The en suite main bath boasts granite dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also provides a king bed, and the second en suite bathroom hosts a granite vanity sink and shower/tub combination.



A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as its affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone.

We understand how disappointing it was to arrive with plans centered around time together, especially with your wedding party, and to learn that the pool and hot tub were temporarily unavailable. While disappointing for everyone, the pool closure was determined by building management and not something we could influence. As soon as we became aware of the closure, we reached out right away and stayed closely connected with you before arrival and throughout your four-night stay. While the timing was frustrating, our focus was on making sure you felt supported and cared for, which is why we immediately offered a percentage discount and continued checking in to help however we could. We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the bedding. Comfort is very personal, and we took your feedback seriously. Our guest experience and local operations teams responded promptly, overnighting replacement sleeper sofa linens and a memory foam mattress solution, with the goal of easing some of the frustration during your stay. We’re truly sorry that the pool closure impacted your plans, and we recognize how important this time was for you and your group. While not everything went as hoped, please know that our team remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making things right and ensuring you were looked after throughout your visit. Great place to take a young family for a convenient and nice beach vacation. The unit is nice with a shaded and screened in porch. The pool and beach were never crowded and easily accessible, which is particularly helpful with younger children. There are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. As of our stay, there were no outdoor grills, though it sounds like they will be available in the next several months. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! This is such a cozy place with incredible views. We loved having the beach along with a pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great with ample storage for our things.

4 Day Stay in Madeira Beach

The stay was great! Location was excellent, beach was beautiful, and the view was amazing. We had no idea how many businesses were still shut down, and didn’t realize the pool wasn’t going to be open, but we were fairly compensated for that.

Regarding the sheets for the sleeper sofa and the coffee maker, our cleaning team was notified and dispatched staff to provide them and we apologize you did not receive them in a timelier manner. During the period you were due to check-in, we were undergoing major changes and upgrades to our software and phone system, to better serve our guests; however, there were some glitches during that transition that affected some of our communications processes and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We are up and running smoothing now and appreciate your patience as we navigated this change. We always want our guests to have a wonderful time and truly regret when this is not the case. Comfortable stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Unfortunately, bad weather and Red Tide put a damper on the full experience. The property provided beach towels and chairs giving an extra level of convenience.

Great condo

Location and condo were just right. Only odd thing was the pool gate, it would lock you into the pool area, not an issue so long as you had the pool keys with you. Would stay again.

Excellent Beach Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The views were amazing from the balcony, the condo was very clean and spacious, and it was a short walk to many local restaurants and shops. There was easy access to the beautifully maintained beach and the pool. We would absolutely stay at this location again in the future.
