Carefree coastal living is yours at this renovated Madeira Beach condo! Just steps from the sand, this renovated retreat boasts a corner location that allows for amazing Gulf views in all directions, including from the private balcony. You'll also have on-site access to a sparkling heated pool and spa. Great local bars, restaurants, and amusements are all within walking distance from the condo. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right in front of the building and runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater for a minimal fee - children eight and younger ride free.



SPECIAL PERK: Rental includes two beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach for every day of your stay AT NO COST, courtesy of Sand Dunes Beach Services. A $40 daily value! (Additional chairs available for additional cost from Sand Dunes Beach Services.)



The spacious, updated interior comes complete with all the comforts of home. Strong natural lighting and all-new furnishings welcome casual downtime in the living area, with a smart TV for family entertainment. Gorgeous counters and matching backsplash shine in the full kitchen, well-appointed with everything you need for home cooking. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table. We use VRBO often, and this was the best property we have stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful. The parking, unit, well-stocked kitchen, view, beach, beach chairs, and umbrella exceed all expectations. We will be back for sure!

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was nice and clean and in great condition. Appreciate the comfy beds! The included beach chairs are a plus. There were four of us so we rented a second set of chairs from "Tim" the chair guy. Tim's wooden, padded, chairs were actually much more comfortable and are the same price as the vinyl strap chairs that were included. Would be great if condo owner could make a deal with "Tim" for the good chairs! To the owners, thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Great location, new beautiful furniture throughout the condo. Plenty of towels. Pool area was super clean. Tables and chairs on balcony so you can eat while enjoying breath taking views, plus 2 loungers for relaxing. This place will be are go to and our next vacation.

Beautiful

Arie dam is our favorite place to stay. This unit was absolutely beautiful. Love how private the pool is. Loved checking in and out at condo.

We had no idea how to get into this building. The key you need was in the condo and we had no idea the building was locked Fortunately, a tenant let us in.

Great Condo! Beautiful View!

This was a great condo and a great balcony oceanfront! We would def stay here again. The screen on the balcony was perfect!! We did have one issue. There were 6 of us staying in the condo and there were only 4 washcloths in the entire condo. I contacted the local phone number listed on the fridge and they responded quickly to have me check a couple places where some extra washcloths could be but there wasn't any. I sent a text back letting them know that we still didn't find and washcloths but no one responded at all. So we washed towels and washcloths every night. This was a small inconvenience but we managed. The condo was great!!
