The Space:

Imagine yourself relaxing in this beautifully renovated condo. As that incredible Florida sunshine streams in from the condo’s corner window, so does mesmerizing views of the pristine Gulf of Mexico. Your private balcony offers the perfect spot to unwind, view the dolphins, feel the ocean breeze, and listen to the crashing waves. Along with a beautiful backdrop of the ocean, the living room features new furnishings, comfortable leather seating and a 50 inch flatscreen TV. The family room flows into the dining room, sharing amazing views. The well-appointed kitchen sports granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This lovely condo offers the advantage of two private bathrooms, a TV in each bedroom, and shared washer/dryer in the building.



Affectionately known as the Redingtons, this community is the place to slow the pace and enjoy the spectacular shorelines without the crowds and commotion. While the Redingtons are recognized for their residential ambiance, the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping, and water activities are close at hand. Just a few minutes south awaits popular John's Pass with over 100 shops and restaurants in addition to water sports rentals and lively nightlife. The Redingtons overflow with natural beauty and coastal charm and the area's locally owned shops will undoubtedly yield a treasure or two.



Things to Know

8/24 Update: The heated pool & hot tub have officially reopened for guest use.

Roof replacement work will begin on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Guests on the upper floors may notice occasional construction noise during the day. Parking on the east side of the building will be restricted, and the Jacuzzi or deck may be temporarily closed at times.

It was exactly what we were hoping for at Spring Break as far as condo and location -our balcony was so close to the beach and water with a perfect view. The weather wasn’t great but can’t plan that. It was chilly so we didn’t swim but we did relax by the pool. We ate at several nearby places we enjoyed just a short walk or few minute drive away. It was a very easy drive from Tampa Int.Airport. I would return.

The place was just as beautiful as the pictures. Big and roomy, nice size balcony,right on beach.All the amenities you could use. Would recommend this place to anyone. Easy check in and check out.

Great location

The location was great, the apartment was very clean. There was a worker fixing a leak when we arrived. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. We wished the bedrooms’s temperature was a little cooler.

Great location

Great location, well stocked kitchen, nice pool and whirlpool. Only thing that was a little annoying was policy of having to wash beach towels before leaving.

Quick beach getaway

Check in was easy. The condo was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The area is still impacted from the hurricane damage. ie pool and hot tub out of order and no hose to rinse off feet from sandy beach.

Very nice inside. A little dated. Entrance and lobby need to be updated. In retrospect it was probably a little pricy for the overall experience but it was ok.

Little things

I would give the overall rating a 7 little things could make it a 9-10. Update and organize kitchen utensils. Make sure all tv work with proper remotes. Beach items in bad shape. (Chairs,etc)

Great location! Fantastic view of the ocean and beach!

Overall we loved the location, view, and beach. Nice neighborhood with little traffic. The condo was clean and comfortable. The dishwasher leaves a white film on everything so all dishes needed to be hand washed which was a pain. Someone noted this in a review a year ago so the dw should have been replaced by now. The listing says laundry but there are none in the unit. There is a coin operated laundry on another floor but the description lists laundry as an amenity and that is not accurate. There was only one dish towel. Again, this was noted in a previous review but has not been corrected. Overall a great place with some room for improvement.

Worse place I have ever stayed at!

We left the condo better than we found it. Dirty dishes not enough towels & wash clothes. Both bathroom tubs didn’t drain. No instructions how to operate 3 tv. No code left for getting in the pool area. No soap in both bathrooms. Floors sand all over.

Ram Sea

The location is wonderful. The building itself is a bit outdated. The condo had good space, good size kitchen, stable dining table and nice sofas. The beds in both rooms were comfortable. Some ceilings had what appear to be old water stains. The bedding worn/old looking. The overall vibe of the interior is outdated but comfortable enough. For longer stays (ours was 10 days) it would be an improvement if the property manager supplied more than 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, perhaps some Tupperware type storage containers would be helpful as well. Also, it gets stuffy at night since it’s mandated to keep the thermostat no lower than 71 degrees. Otherwise, the sunsets are beautiful from this location and the pool in the adjoining Ram Sea building is decent.

Sistersz’ Getaway

This VRBO location was perfect for a low key sisters’ getaway. Wonderful beach view from balcony. Very comfortable furnishings and full kitchen with a few extras. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance, but we immensely enjoyed Sweet Sage cafe for brunch and Conch Republic for dinner. Smugglers Cove miniature golf is a short drive away if you get bored with beach lounging. The pool and hot tub are on site and there are Beach chairs and umbrellas to rent if you don’t want to use the ones provided in the unit. It was nice to have somebody wait on us and, without even asking, adjust our umbrellas as the sun shifted. The Doubletree Hotel is next door to Ram Sea II- and we were able to get yummy cocktails at their tiki bar if we didn’t want to take the few minutes to walk back up to the unit and make our own. The office staff at Ram Sea were very helpful and friendly even though they do not manage the particular VRBO unit we were in. We were blessed with beautiful weather which added to our tropical vacation…but we brought along games in case of rainy weather. All in all, it was a great stay and we’re considering the same location for next year’s getaway!!!

Unit needs updated and a new dishwasher

This unit is a great location along the beach The beach area is beautiful with beautiful sunsets. Very close to shopping and great restaurants. Some pot holders to remove dishes from the oven would have been welcomed along with more kitchen towels and DISH RAGS. The kitchen needs a light over the sink and countertop as this is a food preparation area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the living/dining rooms. The balcony is where we spent the majority of our time at the unit. The dishwasher needs repair. After running it, the soap pod was not dispensed properly so the dishes basically went through a hot rinse. I reran the cycle with a liquid pod I brought from home and same thing. I ended up just tossing the pods in the silverware basket and that seemed to work. For some this may not be an issue but because we are at the beach all day, we eat breakfast and lunches (and some dinners) at the condo. I want to feel safe that my dishes are WASHED and not just RINSED. Overall, the condo is clean with a great location.
