Yearly area visit

The condo was clean, and nicely decorated. Everything you needed to cook if you wanted to. All properties in this area are still recovering from the recent hurricanes, so the pool was not reopened, but the beach was beautiful as always. It was nice to have new beach chairs in the closet. The property management girls were Very nice and helpful, replying immediately to any questions.This property is small, and in the process of repairing the damage from the hurricanes. The inside was all redone, and up to date.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool/beach keys DID NOT WORK. We called maintenance, but no action was taken. This was extremely difficult as we had 2 elderly/handicapped in our party and they often had to stand and wait while we asked others to open the gates for us. We missed the beach chairs and umbrella that you had available last year. I would recommend this property, IF the gate problem were fixed.

You can watch the sunsets with an amazing view from the balcony. JC Resort has been wonderful to deal with. The resort is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops. The property is well maintained and very clean. Pam at JC Resort provided wonderful customer service. We have been returning guest for many years and we will be back. You walk out of your unit and the pool is right in front of you, and then you walk right on to a beautiful sandy beach. I would definitely recommend this rental.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pam and the management with JCResorts were great! This is our second stay with them. Their buildings and the facilities are very nice and well maintained. We did stay at Emerald Isle this stay in unit 303. Unfortunately, our unit was nice as clean as we had hoped it would be. Also, the living room furniture was older, and very uncomfortable. It definitely needs replaced. The staff was attentive and helpful with our cleaning issue. Although our unit was not what we had expected, I do recommend Pam and the crew for booking your vacation!

Great to be back in Florida, shame about the hurricane

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the area for 32 years and first stayed at Emerald Isle back then on our first visit. JC have always been our go to for accommodation either here or at Sand Dollar. The condominiums are located well and mostly all in good condition as was 303. Fo the first time in all these years we had to evacuate due to Idalia but we had to rely on the news really for what to do as JC said that they could not phone our UK cell phone numbers to update us? They were helpful though when we contacted them and reimbursed us for lost days due to relocating to Orlando and a reduction on the remaining stay due to the storm surge that dumped about 12 inches of sand into the pool and onto the pool decking. We also had our flight cancelled on our last day and Pam was really helpful and considerate with letting us stay on till we needed to get our rearranged flight. I was surprised to hear that there was on maid service at all now though and was informed this was due to Covid, but this has passed now? There always used to be a midweek service, but was informed that if we needed anything like extra towels or linen we could collect some from the office, albeit the condo was well stocked and we could wash what we needed to if need be.We are looking forward to our next visit.

Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. We did have a problem with the dryer, but maintenance was able to get it running for us. We also got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to rescue us. Needless to say we took the stairs the rest of the week. Condo didn't have paper towels and dish soap, but did provide some 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and dishwasher pods for the kitchen. Good location on the beach and the beach is wonderful here. Short drive to good restaurants and grocery stores. Good 40 minutes from airport in Tampa.

It was clean and had good stock of items. I wish there was a gas grill Vs charcoal and the key situation to get in and out of condo and gate to pool and beach was a little annoying bc we had teenagers who would want to go up to condo and then we would be left with no key waiting or have to walk kids to condo. I know they are working on going keyless but the gates to pools and beach etc should be next on the list. We would definitely stay here again!

The furniture was comfortable and nice. There were some beach toys and an umbrella for use which was nice, however, there were not any specific beach towels but there were ample bathroom towels. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies though significantly less well appointed than several other condos I have stayed in, almost no spices to use to cook meals—which is fine just would be good to know ahead of time. To condo superficially was clean but our socks became very dark brown/black from the tile floors—they appeared to have been swept as there was no obvious debris but needed a deep steam clean/mopping. The first day we arrived the elevator was broken and when I called maintenance about it they said it frequently happens when it is very windy.

This is a nice three bedroom condo.

Nice condo right on the beach. The pool is very clean.

Loved the location and the condo!

The condo was super clean and the view was spectacular! The only issue that we had was that we were only given one key to the building and one key for the condo. We had 5 adults in the 3 bedroom condo and when a couple went for a walk on the beach, we had to constantly coordinate schedules so that we could get back in the building. Also, we only had one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo and had to park the other car down the street at my brothers place about a half mile away. So...if you have one car and one family that stays together the entire week, this condo is just perfect!
