Tree-lined streets, mature landscaping and a mix of Craftsman and California bungalow homes create an intimate, neighborhood feel while restaurants, coffee shops, parks and riverfront trails sit only a short stroll away. The area was recognized as a historic district for its well-preserved streetscapes and “City Beautiful” era planning.
