Welcome to Snapdragon Apartment at Tulip House, a comfortable two-bedroom apartment in the Corcoran neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Located on the first floor of this duplex home, Snapdragon offers a practical and inviting space for couples, small groups, and extended stays.

The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with Roku-enabled TV, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with king and queen beds. Each bedroom includes a dedicated desk, making this a great fit for traveling professionals or work-from-home stays.

The layout is simple and functional, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay while keeping a cozy, easy-to-navigate footprint.

Just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, the home provides easy access to the Chain of Lakes, local restaurants, and neighborhood favorites. Eat Street is about 10 minutes away, and Matt’s Bar is just a short walk, along with many other local spots.

Outside, enjoy the shared backyard patio area with fire pit, or relax on the front patio with views of the neighborhood.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the home, and garage parking for up to two vehicles is available for a fee.

Check in was easy, conveniently located to downtown for Vikings game and restaurants. Was there for a quick weekend but would definitely go back again!

Convenient location

The apartment is well supplied with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the air conditioning as it was hot when we stayed. We would stay again when we visit our daughter who lives nearby.
