heart of Harbour Town on Deer Island, the Sea Loft villas offer a unique vacation
experience with nature. This particular villa is located at the end of the cul-de-sac
and offers sound views to the left and marsh views to the right. Enjoy watching all of
the deer, birds and wildlife in this quiet paradise.
The villa has been renovated and offers a fully equipped kitchen with high end
appliances & quartz countertops. Three bar stools are located at the kitchen for
dining space along with table and chairs out on the deck. The master bedroom
features a queen bed with a private bathroom that has a walk in shower with a
corner seat. A second full bathroom with walk in shower is located off of the living
area. The living area features a sleep sofa along with a Roku TV. The villa is an open
concept upstairs with the living space and the bedroom open to each other as there
is no door to the master bedroom. Surrounded with glass windows in the open space,
you have wonderful views of the marsh and Calibogue Sound. The inside access
staircase to the lower level is not available for guests use due to liability. Access to the
lower level is through the outside stairs only. A bonus sleep sofa along with a
TV is in that open living space. A separate room with stacked washer and dryer is also
on this level for your convenience. We do not recommend this area for sleeping for kids
under the age of 12.
Enjoy sunset views over the water from the outside decks that provide additional seating.
You can enter the villa from both the lower or upper levels with using the ramps and decks.
Parking is available right in front of the villa for up to 2 cars.
This is a perfect honeymoon spot or for the small family that wants to be in a quiet space
of paradise on the Island. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town where the iconic
red and white lighthouse is located along with a lot of shops and restaurants and a
playground for kids to play. Take the trolley during the prime season to the beach or during
off season, you can park at the Sea Pines Beach Club.
Free Pool access for this villa will be at Harbour Town pool. Open March-November (heated in
March, April, October & November).
