The space
Surrounded by various entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc you will never not have anything to do that Interest you. There are many 5star restaurants in walking distance, as well as the infamous Atlantic Station thats nearby for lots of shopping and entertainment. If you are a home body and much rather stay indoors, there are many 5star amenities available for use on the property. The pool with loungers are available for when you want to have a swim and soak up some sun. There is also a Rooftop indoor/outdoor terrace overlooking the city. A Fire pit is available, if you want to cozy up on a summer/winter night. If you like to exercise there is a state of the art gym available on the property for your use. Need to work from home, there are co-working spaces at the property for use. The courtyard is equipped with a grilling station available for use. The neighborhood is also walkable if you’d like to take a sprint. There is marta transportation nearby if you need alternate transportation around the city.
Now that we have touch basis about the exterior and surroundings, let’s get into the interior of the unit. This wonderful property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. “This listing is for those that need only 1 bed room and 1 bathroom.”Both rooms have closets with builtin storage. It also features a full kitchen with all the cooking essentials. A laundry room is available in the unit with a front load washer & dryer , iron, and ironing board. There is also a Juliet available if you want some fresh air. There is a dining table for dining available to gather around and share a meal and make memories. The living room area features a 65” smart tv with streaming apps, so you can enjoy your favorite shows. The large windows are featured in every room in the house so you can let in any much needed sunlight. I am pleased to share with you how wonderful the property is, but you have to come see it in person. I am a dedicated superhost that’s here to assist you throughout your entire stay. It will be an honor to host you as you experience luxury in West-Midtown at your home away from home!

This is NOT a shared space. No one else will be staying here during your reservation. This is a 2bd/2bth unit, but guest booking on this listing is only booking 1 bd/1bth. If you need access to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom please let me know and you can book at the rate for a 2bd/ 2bth.
If you book for 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom and use the other bedroom or bathroom during your stay, you will be charged the 2 bed/2bath rate.

Check-in:
• Time: 4:00PM or later
• Please refer to Checkin Manual for full checkin instructions.
• Contact host if you have any questions

Checkout:
• Time: 11:00AM
• Place all used towels in basket located in closet.
• Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
• Place trash in trash can.
• Close & lock all windows
• Remove any personal belongings & food items prior to checking out.
• Turn off all lights & A/C

• Please DO NOT Remove Makeup with white towels, use makeup removing wipes.

• If you lose the parking pass, it is $250 to replace it.

ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking in the unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO Parties/Events. If in violation you will be charged a $500 fee.

For early check-in, an additional fee of $50 will be applied .For late check-out, an additional fee of $75 will be applied. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that was not discussed. If you need late check out or early check-in please discuss this with me prior so we can make necessary arrangements that is convenient for everyone. All early check-ins & late check-outs are subject to availability.
