Discover the perfect oceanfront getaway at this North Topsail Beach vacation rental, located just across the boardwalk from the shore. Freshly updated in 2021, you'll love the upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the new paint, flooring, furniture, and fixtures throughout!

Inside, you'll find a modern interior with all the comforts of home, including central AC. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of two bedrooms. When evening falls, cuddle up for movie nights in the open living area.

Perfect vacation spot

Nice place for small family

Close to beach and near the pier! (which has a restaurant) Great view of ocean over sand dune from front deck! Kitchen well stocked if you plan to cook- we didn’t, lol.

Beach Time

It's just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the fishing pier. Cute little townhouse. I highly recommend this place and will look for it the next time I come to the beach.

You won't find a cleaner rental. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Other than a sheet set for the bed not being provided and some troublesome parking, it is a great place to stay.

Relaxing stay right at the beach.

We had a relaxing stay right at the beach. This villa is very close to the Seaview restaurant and pier which is a great benefit to the location. The beach had very few people at this time and makes a great place to comb the beach. The villa was nicely decorated. The furniture is starting to show it's age from use. The villa should have a checklist of items and schedule services. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Left early

It was in a great area. When we arrived clean bedsheets we’re left, but I had to remove used bedding from 2 of the beds and remake the beds. We left 3 days early because the Villa had Roach’s. After calling Vacasa multiple times to have someone come out with getting nothing but a run around, we decided to leave and get a hotel remove. We tried the following day and was met with the same thing. We finally told them we were not going back. So we paid for 2 nights at a hotel (after paying for the Villa for a week) and left our family vacation early. Vacasa does not deserve to rent out properties your sight.

Cockroach in the small guest bedroom.

Mostly modernized and up to date with appliances, however my wife and I discovered a large cockroach in the small guest bedroom. We notified Vacasa and was informed they would contact the local operations manager to send a tech/cleaning team to inspect the property. Vacasa "did not know" the local operations manager nor did they provide a company name of said cleaning team. Nobody ever came to inspect the property, we have a newborn and was concerned for our baby girl's health. Would not recommend using Vacasa for vacation rentals.

Thank you for your review, Jesse. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. Kindly note that the bug you found was a water bug and not a cockroach. Local Pest Control will not do treatments due to them not being an infestation issue with only one being found in the home.
