First time in Topsail

Lorraine was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality and cleanliness of the condo exceeded our expectations — everything was spotless and welcoming. Topsail was everything we had hoped for, from the relaxing atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. We truly can't wait for our next trip!

Perfect Vacation

This is our third year at this condo and we love it! The owner and her manager are great, very receptive to any issues. The resort in general has improved greatly this year. New coffee shop, cabana also was great!! The covered pool should be opened soon as well.

St. Regis Property # 115065

This was our first trip to Topsail Island. It was a much needed vacation for myself, my husband and 12yr old son. The condo was clean, comfortable and had easy access to the beach, pool and other amenities. We had a great time! The check-in process was seamless, probably the easiest it's ever been on any vacation in the past and the host quickly replied to messages with questions that we had about checking out. We highly recommend this property and will be returning next year!

Perfect location

The view from the deck was so beautiful. I watched several dolphins a few different times while we were there. That was a first for me. Also enjoyed the fitness center so I could get my weight training in. Walking barefoot to the beach is always a plus for me since I’d rather not bother with shoes.

Review

We arrived on Saturday to no Air conditioning in the unit. Owner was not urgent to get it fixed until we called vrbo. Unit was nice and clean and a great location to see the ocean. The area was very family friendly. One thing I could suggest is this unit needs new mattresses.

Beautiful Condo

This was our third different condo rental at St Regis and this condo was absolutely without a doubt the best! The condo was immaculate and was decorated in a classy beach vibe that actually looked professionally decorated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was so beautiful! We sent a lot of time out on the balcony especially at sunset! We loved so much that we are already booked for next year! The only thing it needs to be clarified is that there is NO indoor pool. Thank you so much Lorraine for sharing your piece of heaven!

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Everything was very clean and nice. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we opted for the linen package and were provided with more than enough towels. The owners checked with us a couple times to make sure everything was going well and had excellent communication. The balcony has such a beautiful view at all times, and the whole island is absolutely beautiful. The pool and beach were never too crowded, everything was just perfect! If you stay here, you have to check out the Agave Azul restaurant, everything there was delicious! We also really enjoyed Rick's restaurant and sports bar, we're from the Pittsburgh area so seeing all the Steelers decorations outside drew us in, and the food was great! Our kids really enjoyed the Karen Beasley sea turtle rescue and also the Topsail touch tank aquarium in Surf City! I wish we never had to leave and I would 100% stay here again!

Perfect for our family with 2 teens!

We absolutely loved every second of our stay this week. The unit and resort was perfect for our family of four, which includes 2 teenage boys. The place was clean, comfy, beachy, and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to make some delicious meals and enjoy the sounds of the ocean right from the dinning room table. And of course, coffee on the balcony every morning. We have been to North Topsail three times before, but we decided to look at St. Regis this time for all of the amenities. The pool, workout facilities, arcade, snack bar by the pool, Oceans Edge restaurant, and Topsail Treats for ice cream were all enjoyed by our family daily! Our boys hung out with other kids at the arcade almost every night. We had lunch, drinks, and snacks delivered to us pool side almost every day, and enjoyed the best Topsail beach view and had a delicious meal from Ocean’s Edge restaurant. We feel so lucky that the owners shared their wonderful home with us. It was a perfect vacation for our family. We will cherish the memories and time spent together always.

Great location!

This was our first time visiting Topsail Island. We were hoping to avoid a crowded, dirty beach and this place did not disappoint! We never had a problem finding a place to set up on the beach and it was a very short walk to the resort's beach access. I don't think we saw a single piece of trash on the beach or in the water the whole time we were there. We brought our 9 and 12 year old along and they had a blast playing in the surf. We found a ton of sharks teeth and beautiful shells. The outdoor pool was large and very clean. The indoor pool is still undergoing repairs due to past storms. The Condo was as described. It was clean when we arrived and check in/check out was a painless process. Communication with the owners was super easy and they were very quick to respond. The kitchen has all the basics. I cooked the majority of our meals and the only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own prep knives as the ones in the kitchen are all extremely dull. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this location that we have already booked it again for next year!

5 woman on a girls trip!! Beautiful condo that was exactly as pictured!!! The view was spectacular, you can see way down the beach, pools were clean and refreshing, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (two coffee pots- keurig and traditional) and the owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Due to the hurricanes in the Atlantic and the rough surf, our beach access was closed. The owner let us know prior and made alternate arrangements for us. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough!!!The Arrrr Pirate Bar had great food and atmosphere and it was an all around amazing week! Would 100% rent this condo again.

Location was perfect. My teenagers loved playing basketball every day and we didn’t have to worry about them because we could see from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for my family. Elevator was not working near the room but did work on other side of the building and was slow. We used the steps a lot. Other than then the elevator the condo was exactly as described and would definitely rent again. Great communication with the owner.

It was a wonderful stay. The place was gorgeous. It has the best view ever. And the parking was the best. No need to worry about where you’re gonna park . The beach is in walking distance two minutes away nowhere quick and easy beach access.. Me and my family will stay there again.

Comfortable condo on the beach

The condo was a nice place to stay for a long weekend on the beach. The location worked well for us. The only thing that made me put 4 vs 5 stars was a set of little things -only hand soap, no bath soap, no paper towels, and no extra toilet paper. It ended up being ok as I had to get groceries anyway, but it just sets the tone at the start of the trip. We also chose to bring our own bedding and towels. Again, no big deal but just another factor in 4 vs 5 stars. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and great to be on the beach!

Was a nice place.

Great place and location! Ask the host for the better WiFi password and that helps! Only thing we thought is the washer and dryer should be replaced.

Perfect family spot!

Condo was clean and super cute! Perfect for our family of 5. St. Regis Resort was superb. The on-site amenities were a huge hit for our kids, especially the outdoor pool. We all loved it and the pool is well maintained and clean. We loved falling asleep listening to the waves crash on the beach and enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view. The beach was a very short walk from our room and the spray stations located at every beach entrance was very handy. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. We hope to be back very soon!

Hi, we are Tom and Lorraine. We discovered Topsail Island in 2006 while visiting relatives. With a combined 47 years of military service, we've traveled widely but found North Topsail Beach to be the best. Lorraine, originally from Connecticut, has always loved the ocean. Tom is retired and an skier and pheasant hunter, prefers the Midwest's cold climate, though Lorraine would move to North Topsail Beach in a heartbeat.
