This North Topsail Beach vacation rental is perfect for you and your family to enjoy and make lasting memories. Nestled behind the dunes near the northern tip of North Topsail Beach, the oceanfront Topsail Dunes community provides beach access and a large beachfront swimming pool. Admire breathtaking views for days from your private ocean-view balcony!

Worlds away from your day-to-day, this modern condo presents a light and bright interior with air-conditioning, fast WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Whip up everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Relax and restore in a cozy bedroom or gather together for movie nights in the inviting living area - entertainment is easy with two smart TVs and a DVD player (streaming available with own accounts).

Beautiful Location!

We loved our stay here but know you have to walk those steps to the third floor lol. All the other reviews about the couch and blinds are accurate.

Second time in this unit and would stay here again.

We enjoyed this unit for the deck, view, location, and it is well equipped with what we needed. I do agree with another reviewer about the couch being somewhat difficult to get comfortable on but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

This was a great vacation spot and a good condo, perfect for a quiet, relaxing trip. The couch and bed were comfortable and the view was amazing. If a few things were fixed or improved I'd happily return and rate this location 5/5.

Awesome view!

The view and balcony were amazing! The bathroom and bedroom could use some updating, but it wasn’t terrible. The bed seemed like a full size rather than queen that was listed. We had a great time!

Great place to visit

Living room furniture was uncomfortable and place had musky smell! If not in condo but to sleep it was okay.

Vacation Get-away

We spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. The balcony on the beach was second to none! Beach access could not be closer. Felt very private and no issues with neighboring units or anyone on the beach. Only downsides were not having a screen door for the balcony, and one of the bunk beds smelled like pee pretty badly. Otherwise, we would rent this everytime we visit North Top Sail!

The view is amazing

The view and beach were wonderful and the area is so peaceful. Cute place. Needs some updates and a table with more than 1 chair would be nice. We never found the bracelets to wear to the pool which was fine since we live on the beach anyway. Definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, well equipped with what we needed. View was wonderful. Front door would stick so a hard push was needed to open. We would highly recommend this place. One draw back..no elevator so if you have bad knees like me it was a challenge, however it was worth it!

An ok experience

Clean and tidy, had a couple bugs and stains on carpet but was ok. A bit outdated, and they put the fulter in the ac wrong so it was not working good for a while. Had plenty of plates and sleepijg arrangements and towels. Internet was spotty and kept cutting out and having to be reset

Best location and value

I went to have a work getaway and I wanted to be able to work while looking at and hearing the beach. That's exactly what I got! This unit could not be inn a better spot. Plenty of ocean views, beach access, and convenient to the northern tip off the islands which has stunning sunsets! The unity is a little dated but the price accurately reflects that. It could use a deep cleaning as the carpets and couch are pretty dirty and show plenty of use but otherwise I absolutely loved it! For the price, it was a great value.

Stay at the oceanfront condo

Great with exception of the front door. The code was working but the lock required a hard push on the door to get open. I was locked out for an hour and 20 min because I could not get door open. Also the internet did not work vey well.

Would not rent again

Pros: Location Bed is comfortable Nice outdoor furniture Cons: The windows in the door wall have lost their seals which makes the ocean view obstructed from inside the unit. The carpet and rug are both filthy and the couch is stained. Who has a shag rug at the beach? Were provided 3 partial rolls of toilet paper for a one week stay. The toilet seat is tiny. Television in living room did not work. Door into unit sticks terribly, takes a great amount of effort to get in. Would not rent again.

Great location but a little lacking

The view is amazing and the area was non-crowded. I've stayed in a lot of different properties and this wasn't exactly my favorite but it was okay. Needs some updating, as others stated, the blinds were kind of messed up and the internet was spotty. The dishwasher was strangely under the sink and you couldn't fit much in the top. It didn't really have some of the little basics like some hand or dish soap or dishcloth. There was one dishtowel and about 10 squares of toilet paper left. My sister and I brought my elderly dad and we had to run to find a store to get toilet paper quick, using napkins out of my car. Even a salt and pepper shaker would have been nice because we forgot that at the store, but luckily I found that buried in my glove compartment also! There are definitely no extras in the kitchen so remember to bring everything. At one point, the water quit and we didn't realize it was the whole building so we were on a chat with someone trying to explain the situation. He kept telling us to go down to the basement and turn off the water valve and we kept telling him this wasn't a house but a third floor unit. You could tell they were just using a script. My dad walked around the building and found someone working on it and discovered it was the whole building without water. It was fixed within a couple of hours. There weren't really any TV instructions but we winged it at night, figuring it out for the most part. We made due and had fun-you can't beat the location.

Additionally, pantry items like spices aren't stocked for sanitary reasons. We enjoyed having you as our guests and hope to have the chance to provide an exceptional experience on your next getaway.
