Beautiful, quiet, end-unit, oceanfront condo on North Topsail Beach, NC. This condo has it all: views of the ocean, access to the community pool, fishing on the beach .... a beach bum's dream! You will be just steps from the sand and won't need to go far to enjoy beach activities. There is a full kitchen to whip up some fresh local seafood and pour yourself a beverage as you watch the sun go down. This condo is an open concept, has room for up to 6 guests, and perfect for a romantic getaway as well as fun for the whole family.

*Please note:
1) the pool typically re-opens late May each year

Bathroom Rule 1: Please only place toilet paper in toilet. Wipes, sanitary pads, Q-tips, paper towels, cotton pads etc. will clog the toilet.
Bathroom Rule 2: Reserving Guest will be held responsible and charged for any plumbing issues that occur during or immediately after their stay.
Please leave key, parking/pool passes to avoid replacement fees ($100 and $125 + $8.75 transaction fee); place furniture back to original position.

This property was a great location. We loved staying here! It was so nice being able to be so close to the beach and having the pool as well. The balcony offered a great view of both. I definitely recommend staying here. It was about a half an hour from most of the shopping areas. I also recommend checking out the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital that was also about a half hour away if you stay here.

We had a wonderful day at the beach. We were looking for a very relaxing time which we had. The condo is comfortable and meets basic needs. The view is spectacular and we loved the closeness to the beach. You could sit on the balcony and feel like you were sitting on the beach

Nice condo, lots of beach

We had a great stay. Everything was in order and as described. We did have an appliance issue while there, but the owner replied after a day, and sent a repair man right away and then ended up just sending a new appliance. They were kind and grateful for our patience, and we understood as things do happen! The pool was directly below this unit, and the beach access was easy. There was lots of beach, the water was perfect, and we found many fossil shark teeth! Everything else was wonderful and we would stay again.

Wonderful visit

The condo was very nice and the view wonderful. We had small issue with slider but Emily sent someone over and fixed it promptly. We so enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, oceanfront condo

A great stay at an exceptionally well-maintained condo! The condo was updated and provided a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Oceanfront view as well as easy access to pool and beach. Balcony was a great spot for dining! First time vacationing in this area and would love to return.

This was our 1st time staying at this property and we were not disappointed. The unit photos are accurate along with descriptions. Emily, the host, made check in and check out effortless. She also made sure anything we may have needed was addressed. On site pool, elevator, and beach access are a big plus. There were 2 of us on this trip and we would highly recommend this unit for vacation needs. We will certainly look for availability in the future. Again, Emily was very good about communication and access to information.

A wonderful beach vacation

This property was perfect for my father and me to enjoy the beach and visit family in the area. The condo is clean and just as advertised. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Host was very communicative. We hope to return again in the future.
