Sitting all by itself on the oceanfront, you will enjoy plenty of peace and quiet at this gorgeous, beachfront home. With seven bedrooms and baths, you will certainly have a wonderful friends' and family vacation at this inviting home! You will appreciate the whole-home elevator making groceries and luggage a simple chore and a hot tub on the deck, to caress away any remaining stress with its warm water and bubbling jets.

On the first floor, you will find a lovely tiled entry foyer with access to the elevator. The first main bedroom is on the second level and features a wall-mounted TV, a private deck with neighborhood views, and an en suite bath. Across the hall is the mirror main bedroom. A short hallway leads to a small workspace with a desk and a mini-fridge and then beyond to two additional main bedrooms. The first has a flat panel TV and en suite bath with a single vanity and a shower providing plenty of privacy. This room also boasts easy access to the hot tub on the deck, which is just outside the sliding glass door. The second bedroom features a wall-mounted TV/DVD, an en suite bath with a single vanity and a shower, and access to the oceanfront deck. The expansive deck also features the enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and leads directly to the pergola, with its built-in benches and private access to the sandy beach and warm water. The Hampton Colony community pool is literally steps away. Stroll on over for a dip in the cool water.

On the third level, you will fall in love with the gorgeous great room with ocean views on three sides. Heavy wood beams, dark wood floors, and leather furniture give the rustic feel of a mountain chalet. The living area is graced with an enormous sectional sofa in neutral tones. Two side chairs offer a fun surprise and the chaise lounge looks like the perfect spot for a nap. Cozy up to a beautiful corner fireplace with the big screen HDTV above it. Here's a wonderful spot to gather the family around for a favorite movie or TV show. A full-size pool table separates the living room from the dining room and offers hours of fun and friendly competition. A heavy square wood table with 10 leather chairs creates a dining space built for easy conversation. Enjoy your dinner with a fabulous ocean view on two sides. Open the sliding glass door to smell the salt air and feel the ocean breeze. This great room features two additional sliding glass doors that lead you straight out to a huge oceanfront deck and panoramic ocean views. What a wonderful way to spend the end of the day, out on the deck watching the waves roll in and flow out, with a favorite glass of wine or cocktail in hand. A large and stately kitchen will be the chef's delight. It is fully equipped with simplistically elegant wood cabinetry, contrasting granite counters, all stainless-steel appliances including two dishwashers, a double oven, a wine refrigerator, and a center island with a vegetable sink. A long breakfast bar comfortably accommodates an additional five - unless the chef decides he or she needs a sous chef... then all bets are off! This floor is completed with a cozy den/bedroom with a sofa and TV and a full bath.

The entirety of the fourth floor is two exceptional main bedroom suites. Impeccably furnished, ultra-inviting, and completely luxurious, each suite features a separate sitting area with TV/DVD, a wet bar with a small refrigerator, and an absolutely decadent bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub under an ocean window. A private oceanfront deck is perfect for late-night stargazing.
